While back Pravin worked on my feet and the pain stoped .. now the pain is up in the back side of my right foot near my ankle ...
i am limping and can not stand on one foot at a time now ... I do not believe i twisted or anything not really sure ... shopping with the kid for a dress she had to have and then didnt have to have ..ughh !!

So is it possible for someone to help me ? I did not want to ask ...and i waited to see if it would go away ... this is day 3 going on 4 of this pain.

(getting scared of the diabettes)

thanks so much ... yes it feels like a twist but didnt think i did anything ...
walking the mall with teenagers is a chooorreee lol and with 2 babys ...one wanting to walk ..so was running after him mostly and keeping desi out of the book store to shop for that dress ..(she didnt get) ..and has 1 week before the school dance ...............errrr teens!!!

I'll send you reiki tonight. Sorry don't have much time these days, I've got the phone line out of order and I am on dial-up paying by the minute instead of a monthly flat rate...... I'll be back as soon as the phone technician will care to come round and fix it!
