I have read a variety of article on kundalini and kundabuffer(snake going the wrong way, downward instead of up spine) and was wondering if this was related to this tingly feeling? |

I have read EOT's response and apart from reiterating the need for a medical checkup, I would like to add a few other thoughts from a different perspective please
I note that your age says that you are in your 49th year, that is the seventh, seventh year and during that year the kundalini is said to rise and open fully the seventh chakra. I do not know if that is your real age ( I am not quite 100 yet lol) and I do not know how much you understand about chakras and reiki energy and the rise of kundalini energies, so I do not know how much detail to go into.
Once you have made sure that there are no medical reasons for your tingling and that you are getting adequate exercise and not restricting any circulation etc, I would suggest doing some chakra meditations to learn how to control the flow of energy and balance your whole chakra system
Learn how to channel in the energy and let it run through your body, not stop at certain points or areas
Let the energy flow through, I wrote a couple of exercises in my blog that might help you too.
