I am going to have to save this link just for the suggestions on crystals alone. Although I was planning on learning about crystals in the future, can't hurt to try them on my balance and tinnitus. Hmm... Please be careful about that! It may not be the mind. Not yours either for that matter!

Lot of Reiki (and similar modalities) attunements are carried out for one reason or another, on the fly and without proper screening...

A certain degree of energy lightness and a sense of "high" is to be expected around the point of attunement but if it does not subside soon, I would be worried.

Grounding and similar terms are also tossed around but really are not something that need to be worried about separately from the ENERGY! It is a total and complete package or should be!

If one has been truly attuned and feels connected to the inner healer <critical point!> then there is nothing to worry about and you generally do not hear from them!

Re-attunement is possible and from what I see is something that is done all the time, all over the globe!
