Dear Friends,
The Butte County Animal Control was just at our old home where our two dogs and ten cats have been killed over the last three weeks. Blankenship drove past our current home yesterday, and he is supposed to be in Shasta County. My father Floyd Smith had his wolf vanish, and several pedigree dogs worth a lot of money as well, and he has had tactics used on him that fit the profile of what was done to me some years back when Blankenship was in town, and we knew what he was doing. Blankenships daughter Angela Blankenship, or Angie Blankenship age eighteen now was living with Ed Szendry. Ed Szendry is suspected of trafficking in Humanity in the L.A. Area, and in SouthEast Asia. Angela Blankenship told us about our suspicions, and confirmed that this was indeed what he was doing, and even gave us two names of girls several days ago when she visited us. Ed Szendry used to be the top murder investigator for Butte County, and I used to bring ritual/sexual abuse surviviors to him for investigations at the Butte County District Attorney's Office. Wesley Peden, my husband used to work with him also concerning ritual/sexual abuse crimes before we knew each other. Ed Szendry also placed a girl named Bobbie Lynn Etter in his wife Georgie's best friend's home. Bobbie was also placed in the McMillian home where my daughter is now, and left after she tried to stab the foster mother in the face with scissors. I had Bobbie Etter placed out of the home after her problem with reactive attachment disorder, and she had tried to kill several people, and had killed animals. Bobbie was Don Etter's daughter, or supposed to be, and he was molesting her along with Suzanne Elaine Penix Cox I found out several years after the arson fire. I had just talked with Bobbie's sister Shannon about a week ago in a store, and we hugged, and she confirmed everything I knew, and she was trying to have her mother Suzanne Elaine Penix Cox arrestted. The stalking and terrorism started the day before I was successful in court in exposing Suzanne Cox for her crimes against Bobbie Lynn Etter, and obtained a restraining order for the family. I did not know at the time that Suzanne Cox and Donald Etter were having an affair. A friend of mine saved the motel receipts, and told me how these people planned and carried out our arson fire. Blankenship lived with the Etter's after the arson fire, and lived in LaRose Mello's mobile home to fix it up. Blankenship and Sheri Mae Dougherty/Holcomb destroyed LaRose's mobile home. LaRose was Susan Overstreet/Etter's mother that we took care of because of the abuses Susan did to her mother for years holding her like a hostage, and torturing her. Social Services placed her in our home. Blankenship and Dougherty were allowed to stay at LaRose's mobile after it was condemed by Butte County Code Enforcement posted by Gary Brown. Dougherty had her eleven year old daughter living with them. This property had no sewer, water, or electricity, and these individuals are known to have active cases of Hepatitis C, and Aides, and I even had photo's of their poop bucket in her bathroom that was used. These individuals were also selling heroin and oxicotin and methanphenamine. There was documented violence in front of the child where the mother was even in the hospital. Blankenship was also a registered sex offender, and Butte County Children's Services, Butte County Code Enforcement, and Butte County Sheriff's Department and other agencies let this eleven year old girl live there under these conditions. My therapist James Holloman had made numerous reports to Children's Services, as had other people. One night the little girl was at the property with them, and I called the Sheriff's Department. The Officer refused to remove the little girl that was there after dark because he said there was no order in Children's Services to remove her, and they were just collecting their things to leave which was not true. I took pictures, and now the Butte County Sheriff's Department have the only copies left of those pictures after the theft of our computer with evidence on December 17, 2004. LaRose's Mobile Home was burned to the ground after her death on March 17, 2004, and Wes and I had taken pictures. We also had Ray Schierenbeck a former CDF Arson Task Force investigator assess the scene. There were two iginition points etc. Butte County El Medio Fire Department listed it as not arson, and started hassling us about the burned up properties. Code Enforcement also. Articles were published in the newspaper complaining about the uncleaned up property. The pictures were taken off of our computer by a man named Robert Davis, and he was arrestted for something else before he could grab his bag in our yard. It had a pipe bomb in it. I took pictures of that also, and sent FBI in Sacramento reports on all of this, and nothing was done. Only more harrassment, death threats, death attempts, and so on. I will write about each of these people seperately, but I had to give a quick rundown on how serious this is. Blankenship is terminally ill, and has nothing to lose so to speak. He is involved Dark Witchcraft and tweeking. Blankenship is also a member of the Aryian Brotherhood. Here is a letter that Wes wrote to the animal control. One of the Animal Control Officers buys children that are pandered, and humans have been disposed of in the animal control incinerators since 1937. One of the Code Enforcement Officers also involved in this stuff left Animal Control after a helicopter was found to have boxes of human bones, and not animal bones about five or six years ago. So folks, we are IN DANGER!!!!!!!!!!! You can see why I want this to stop in Butte County. This information is just a tip of the ice berg. I pray that Blankenship is arrestted, detained, or sent away as to not harm us more. Thank you for your time.

We are contacting you due to the fact that yet another of our animals has been killed. Over the past month, there have been several instances of our animals dying, or coming up missing. Several of the cats were found dead in our yard, and the one which was tested turned up positive for poisons or toxins. The dog named Gremlin, who was in the large cage under the Maple tree was found dead in his cage, with plenty of food and water, and what looked like a small piece of salmon. The following week, at one of the feedings, which take place either every day, or every other day, in which case we over feed, we discovered that, of the 12 remaining cats, we had two left. We have only been able to find two of the missing cats, both dead. On 8-16-05, two of our kids went to the house to feed the animals, and discovered another one of our dogs, Bandit, dead. Our car had broken down on that date, so we were unable to dispose of him, or have him tested forensically. As we want the animal properly tested and disposed of, we will be picking him up as of this date, 8-18-05, sometime this evening.
Gremlin and the cats were apparently killed to further harass our family, because they posed no threat or risk to anyone. However, even though secured on a chain, Bandit was protective, and aggressive. We were informed that the deaths of our animals were possibly the work of someone who has caused much turmoil and harassment of our family in the past, William “Billy” Blankenship. Blankenship is registered to now reside in Shasta County, but as of this past evening, he was seen driving past our current residence, which confirms that he is in Oroville.
We are unsure as to how to proceed or pursue this matter, but we need to do something. Our animals are our babies, and as your officers noted in recent visits to our home, they were healthy, and well cared for. It is somewhat profound that, since our neighbor moved away, in January of this year, the health of our animals has improved, until they were all fat and healthy. I make note of this only due to the fact that we are charging that neighbor criminally for putting poisons and toxins in foodstuffs which they prepared especially for Pamela. The testing of the food itself, and medical documentation which supports this, confirms that Pamela was given food specifically intended for her by the neighbor, and other persons who helped prepare that food, which contained : Arsenic, Strychnine, Methamphetamine, and an as of yet undetermined poison or toxin, according to the lab results. The technician performing the test suggested that the poison used was probably Decon, a commonly available rat poison.
Although there have been some health problems with some of our cats in the past, it is less than reasonable to assume that 10 cats would all succumb to some mysterious disease, all at the same time, within a two day period. The death of Gremlin one week prior to that, and the death of Bandit one week after, are more than coincidences.
Additionally, as we were told that your office had been notified by one of our “neighbors” of the “discovery” of Bandit, we are requesting that report be released to our legal representatives, and private investigators. As your officers well know, given Bandit’s location in our yard, there is no possible way that anyone could “accidentally discover” him. And anyone who made it a practice of trespassing on our property, or going to the effort of being able to see over our back fence, would be suspect in the death of our animals. Either trespassing, or making that effort, of climbing over a six foot pile of debris and trash, is the only way someone could “discover” Bandit’s body.
Although there has been some discord in the past between our family, and your agency, we would appreciate your cooperation in discovering just who is killing our animals. As other persons in our neighborhood have also had animals which mysteriously died, or disappeared, we are trying to find out just who is doing this. Thank You.
