This is a very recent experience, it dates back to just 2-3 weeks. I was healing my father, he needed an extra energy boost to help him through a very intense work period. We were sitting facing each other and I put my hands on his knees and started chanelling. I felt he was pulling up energy through my roots, and the energy was flowing through my body an into his. It felt like a river was streaming through me. He was especially pulling up energy from my right hand, the one that was on his left knee. We stayed like that for about 20 minutes, then the energy flow started to slow down, just like when you fill up your car with fuel.
When it was over I asked him which was the side he used to have sciatica, and he replied it was his left leg. So I told him I knew that, as I had been chanelling violently to his left knee, he had noticed it. I hope to have healed him, and that he won't have sciatica again. And the beauty of it was that after such an intensive session I wasn't at all tired, that means that I actually chanelled correctly. If not done properly, he would have used my own energy instead of the Universal Energy Field, and I would have felt utterly depleted, while instead I felt happy, elated and even stronger afterwards!
