I wonder if Reiki would fix my neck, I have level 2 reiki, but I feel I would need someone else to do it for me

I have a condition called anylosing spondylitis which basically means fusing of the spinal  column.  At the moment it runs all through my pelvis and lower back to my lumbar but it specifically targets the neck area also and thats where it will eventually move up to with me.  I do already have a lot of neck pain and I like you am a level two reiki practioner.

I give myself reiki but its not as good as receiving it from someone else whilst you ar able to lay down/sit for comfort and get the maximum benefit.

I am fortunate that where I am we have a group where our master and former students all get together each fortnight and give each other reiki we take it in turns and spend about 20 mins on each person because as a reiki prac you are always doing it for someone else.

It can be done by yourself by placing one hand over your heart and one under you neck if you like but you could even do it via distance healing using a teddy bear intended for you.  Thats what we use anyway to guide us with the target areas we are wanting it to go.

My reiki nights ALWAYS leave me in much more comfort and less pain after these nights.  I'm always in some level of pain and my reiki nights give me up to an hour of relief.  I HIGHLY recommend it.

You may even be able to do swapping with another prac in your area she/he could give you a session then in the next few days you could give them one.

Certainly give it a good try and say to yourself this will help me heal this will help ease my pain.

While doing the neck treatment ---- also envision a healing flow of energy flowing into your head via the third eye and totally emersing you in healing energy--------hold the picture of Chokurei flowing in with the healing energy
--- you may furthere enhance the effect by chanting Chokurei-----hold a picture of The Antahkarana in your lap or put a copy in your pocket---

Is there any other treatment that can help you?
ie: a low frequency therapeutic massager

treat the affected part with electric voilet or flame color then with orange light reiki. this will help.
