I think that you are perhaps being too hard on yourself about this.
I am equally guilty of being too hard on myself for not having all the answers to life's questions.
This crazy way of having to communicate our complex thoughts and ideas through the internet is far short of being perfect or ideal, but it is the best method we we have at the moment of helping people with their life challenges, so we all need to be more patient and tolerant with ourselves and each other because of this being the case.
