You know you made me ask myself when does a reading differ from advice or sharing of knowledge? I wrote a  considerated reply to you already so I am not sure if there is any point in me trying to give you a reading about essentially the same questions. Mystic board does not have psychic readers like the tv, I doubt you will find anyone here that will predict or that would be allowed to predict an exact date by the forum regulators.

However I do not sense any connection to a past life affecting you here and now, I think that is an excuse that has been planted and needs to be removed so that you can look at the situation without being blinkered by ideas that may end up blocking you. Past life and karmic connections do not block a relationship , if anything they tend to mean a person gets attracted to the same kind of relationship or type of person, but even then the chain of karmic links can be broken.

I do feel that you will be successful with your endeavours within the psychological area
