I agree with this general principle to a limited extent.

A vegan diet might not however prove be adequate for your body's current nutrient and other biochemical requirements, which are likely to be unusually high at present because you are experiencing abnormally high levels of stress due to your physical vehicle having to adapt to such major and rapid changes as you have described in your posting.

If you are committed to going down that path, I would advise you to first consult your doctor or a professional dietician who has your past medical history on hand to more safely advise you if a vegan discipline could potentially be harmful to a person with your unique energy make up.

If you do proceed take things slowly and do not do anything unnecessarily extreme, or completely remove a food family effectively overnight. Sub starvation diets can be deadly. I have learned this lesson the hard way, and not that long ago (2008)

A short term diet based heavily upon cleansing and healing vegetables could be a useful detox measure, but over the longer term it could have disastrous and possibly irreversible consequences for your health and lifespan if it is made permanent. The problems it might cause you could become your biggest distractions from what is really important here - your soul's growth and development, and your health and safety.

My unique energy make up?

Also, I am making sure I'm getting nutrients I would normally get from red meat in other ways.  Also, I'm going with a lacto-ovo vegetarian diet, which may change to just an ovo vegetarian.  I prefer soy milk over real milk anyway, and I don't mind soy cheeses.  However I'm not sure I could give up eggs.  I have someone advising me along the way to make sure I remain healthy.  Also, my bosses wife is a nurse practitioner, so she's able to help me along the way as well.  I've actually felt more energized since beginning.

Each of us has a personal energy makeup or pattern, which is essentially our soul's signature on our given physical vehicle or body .

Therefore your body's specific energy pattern or signature is effectively unique to and tightly associated with your soul. What is suitable for one energy pattern, soul signature or physical body might not be suitable or healthy or life sustaining for another. For example a vegetarian diet, which normally when the term is used by itself without any other descriptors includes the person cutting out dairy products and eggs.

We are required as readers by the international laws which apply on the internet to ensure that the person whose reading it is is either already getting or will be directed to consult a qualified professional person in addition to having that reading.

As you neither made any mention of "lacto" or "ovo" in your original description of the vegetarian diet, nor did you tell me that you were already getting professional dietary guidance with reference to significantly altering your diet, I am both responsibly and legally required and bound to pass this information and advice onto you, if I want to remain a reader and someone who can sleep at night with a clear conscience in knowing that I did not offer you any advice which could be potentially harmful, and that everything I have done in what I felt were your best interests was also legally above reproach.
