What you are saying in no way sounds ungrateful or negative. If your feedback is not honest, it is of no practical use to me at all in improving the quality and helpfulness of my readings over time.

I understand your difficulty in attempting to line up the contents of your reading with what is without any doubt an incredibly complicated and highly sensitive and potentially explosive interpersonal conflict with at least two other women at work.

I usually find that many of the people I read for only gradually understand the full implications of the messages contained within their reading over an extended period of time.

If I had a dollar for every time that this type of delayed understanding has happened, I would be rich.

Don't try forcing reality to conform to your reading, in order to keep me happy and to stop me from feeling offended (which I am not).

Just allow things to gradually unfold over time, and take good care of yourself, as your friendship is worth more than all of the gold in the world to this humble reader.

I have to be very honest in that the reading doesn't make sense in regards to the current situation, as the woman that passed half of my grievance onto the bully's line manager works for H R, so I don't see how B and A can have a hidden dispute that would result in H R reasoning on the same level (in regards to a suggested personal dispute between B and A).I also cannot resolve anything on a 'mature level' with someone that bullys me via malicious rumours and idle gossip, refusing to carry out mandatory tasks to make my job harder etc-  which makes me feel all the more that the reading isn't, HÒWEVER the situation you described did take place In 2009. I forgot about this. Perhaps this is what you are picking up on. I lost a job owing to raising a grievance against a racist employee,                                                                the company ignored it as I didn't have employment rights owing to less than 1 yrs service, and they were presumably scared I'd go to the press with a story of 'acknowledged racism within a corporate'. I continued to be bullied, lost the job and then sued. I was then suc cessful but my colleagues that remained  within the organisation told me that my litigation caused all of those that has tried to pull the wool over my eyes during my mistreatment owing to the treatment of the grievance and harassment etc were severely disciplined and later sacked. And the holding company (§shareholders) disciplined them . there was a very clear pecking order. I had the least amount of authority in the situation, the person bullying me has more than me, but less than the H R woman that covered it all up. And she then nearly lost her job when she was investigated by the shareholders (and was severely disciplined by them). B had a very fragile ego as did 2 other (separate to those mentioned above) people that were also involved in the coverup (+ were also later disciplined). Perhaps this is what you picked up on. There is a possibility that what you are suggesting is true. I could be seeing the past situation, instead of the current one.

If it is true then it would be my first successful attempt at retro-cognition - reading the past instead of precognition which is reading the most likely future outcome of an already existing situation.

I still believe, but only time will confirm this for you one way or the other, that there is some hidden relationship going on under the surface which is greatly reducing the possibility that your grievances with this person at work can be satisfactorily resolved at any level.

If the other party is abusive and being nasty about it, then your only recourse short of lowering yourself to their level and being hostile back to them (and probably getting yourself arrested in the process) is to seek legal advice ASAP.

One final possibility which came to mind after looking at your last posting was that the situation in 2009 is being repeated without you knowing it is. It is therefore being used to compare your present situation with the one which happened two or more years ago in order to emphasise that history is repeating itself.

I will not enter into any further discussion of this subject, but not because I think that you are necessarily wrong about this reading not making sense to you. I have already told you that it will probably not make much if any sense to you NOW.

Sometime in the near future I believe that it will make a lot more sense with the luxury of hindsight, but until that time arrives I have no evidence at all to convince you that it will.

I think that for now the best thing which we can do is to agree to disagree about this, until that time eventually arrives.

Otherwise we could run the real risk of arguing endlessly in circles, and potentially spoiling the good working relationship which we are building and I would like to continue to build with you as a valued member and hopefully also as my friend, because something which neither of us can prove is true or false for the immediate future (at least during the next six months.

I genuinely look forward to working closely with you in the future through my readings, and value your friendship too much for wanting to lose it because the entire truth of your conflict or dispute is still I feel to be revealed at a a later date. I hope that you will understand where I am coming from with this, and share my sentiments about the wisdom of not continuing to debate what cannot be debated.

I fully accept when saying this that I could be completely wrong about what I am reading about this. It would not be the first time that I was wrong, and it will almost certainly not be the last. Even the best psychics in the world (which I has no ambition to be recognised as such) can only claim claim a success rate of around 80 - 90%. That would make my likely success rate to be far less than their impressive figures.

Which is fine with me, as long as I feel that I am helping the other person at the same time, and doing my level best to help them.
