Your response has been seen by me, and I feel that as Mercedes is still a puppy that you probably have a much better chance of getting her back safe and well, than if she had been an older and sicker animal.
Especially if she is no longer being regularly exposed to whatever foreign substance it was that caused the allergic reaction and loss of her hair in the first place.
Hold onto your faith that things will eventually work out for all three of you.
