Dear Kanga,
I also hoped that I would be able to help you with your question, but sadly I now feel that there are so many obstacles that you are unintentionally placing in my path, that to expect an objective reading at this late stage is totally unrealistic and likely to be of little if any use to you, when deciding as to what you should do now.
I neither feel that you have the time nor adequate information on which to base such a potentially life changing decision when it is already the middle of the week, and that while you claim to want to use your reading to help you decide between the two options (yes you commit yourself to the current job or no you go with the course and give up your only source of income until you have completed it), it is clear from the energies which you are putting out into your surroundings that you expect the reading to make your mind up for you (because neither is attractive by itself).
You no longer have the luxury of hindsight in being able to recognise that a job you have now is always better than any job that you might have in the future (assuming that you successfully complete your course and that there will be adequate job opportunities in your area of expertise near where you live, when you are ready to graduate).
You have not provided any information whatsoever with regards to the type of job you have now as well as either the nature of the course or the type of job that you hope that it might lead to when it is completed.
So at this very late stage with you not having provided the above input as well as the ages and therefore the relative levels of dependency of your children upon your income, neither of us have enough information to make any decisions with regards as to how best to proceed from here on.
One thing that does also concern me is that you appear to see this as being a one or the other decision, when surely it would be the best option to keep the job you have now and be able to support both yourself and if they are still fairly young your children, and either do the course over a longer period (taking some of the extra pressure off you to have to work by day and study at night and not have any energy left over in reserve to enjoy your children) or delay it until you are better positioned to do both when your children are a little older.
The damned if you do and damned if you don't card association suggests to my mind that your current strategy of making this into an either or, yes or no, or life or death decision is only likely to make things much more difficult, and also greatly increase the risk that you will feel forced into making a rash decision which you may soon come to regret making, but find next to impossible to reverse.
When using a reading to help you decide between two different courses of a action it is generally advisable to do this before the events, and not after. From what I understand by what you have written you have already started both the job and the course by now, making the possible help a reading could have provided you with if both of us had had enough information and time to do it and you had asked this earlier than you did, ineffective and badly weakened.
So in summary because of the urgency of your request, which is understandable in the light of you desperately needing a definite answer fast so that you can continue to take good care as a devoted mother of your children, and because both of us lack the necessary information to be able make an objective (not heavily influenced by powerful emotions) decision possible when time is not on either of our sides, whatever you decide to do with the course, I believe that for at least until you graduate and get a firm offer of a better job in writing, it would be highly inadvisable and terribly risky of you not to continue to commit yourself to your existing job for the period of the course, for both the maximum safety and welfare of your children as well as for your own future financial security.
Perhaps whatever information you do receive on Friday will help make your decision as to whether to continue with the course at this time or whether to do it over a longer period than is usual a little easier than it is now, but since this reading is over it cannot unfortunately then be re-opened with this extra information, then requested again in under a month's time from this one.
While I cannot speak on behalf of the other readers on this forum, it is my feeling that their response to your request would have been very similar to my own, if indeed they were willing to accept the challenge being presented to them. Basically the problem is not enough information on which to base an unemotional reading, and according to your claims we are both by now out of time for being able to do this properly in a manner which will be of any practical use to you when deciding.
I am genuinely sorry that this seems as far as we can go for now with this, but at the same time it is easier said than done but try to relax more and not make this decision into such a big deal. Often what might first seem to be the wrong direction for you to take, eventually turns out to be the right one after all. Putting undue pressure on yourself to make such a major decision on the spot is a disaster only waiting to happen.
Wishing you all the very best and I have every confidence that the disaster you are predicting is most unlikely to happen, and that if it did that the consequences of it would be nowhere as serious as you are imagining that they may be.
