Typically a request for a general reading will give you quite a general reading. If you were to ask a specific question or give the reader a direction of your life that you would like looking into this would help in getting a more specific reading on something that you would like a reading to focus on... this also works as "permissions" asking for a general is giving a reader permission to look into you and your life on a "general" level.
Some readers work with more information some less.  I kind of like the "less" details give approach myself, but you will find that some readers will work better with some background.

For you I have a little scattered energy, This may be due to your age group because the energy indicates that where you are now in life isn't going to be where you always will be.. You will be facing changes in the future. Your guide advice to accept these changes gently.. ie dont fight against them, every change will take you to where you should be in life.

your challenge.. you need to calm your thoughts.. be confident in the choices that you make are the right ones and relax, go with the flow, you have great intuitions trust them, second guessing yourself all the time might have you ending up running around in circles.

Thank you for the reply that was very interesting! Yes I have problems trusting my inner judgement, I tend to over analyze alot and I have really bad anxiety about the smallest of issues(something Im trying to work on). And yes I do know a lady named Rose she is one of my mum's good friends.

Julie,  I agree with Stormgirl,  also try taking the time before you make a decision or answer rather than picking the decision or conversation to pieces afterward. Maybe ask for more time, or just say " can I think about that please?"  In the long run you will find things run far more smoothly if you try this
