I've been having a hard time trying to replace my tv and it hasn't happen just yet and I was wondering if it will happen this week?

Oh, am sorry, its been eating at me, because it's been so much fraud things going on  with the store, who trying everything in their power to not replace my tv and they wont  honor their own warranty. In away it has taking over my life, to the point  I'am starting to get chest pain...

My caring advice would be for you to take some deep breaths and relax for a moment, then take whatever physical and documentary evidence you have of their uncooperative manner in attempting to avoid compensating you for your faulty TV set to consumer affairs, or whatever is the equivalent of the Commissioner or Department of Consumer Affairs in your country of residence and/or birth.

PS: Many warranties are not worth the value of the paper they are printed on, in my experience.
