Also I would like to add here if I may that any psychic reader who offers legal advice or predictions would be standing on very shaky ground, in a moral or ethical sense.
To do this could potentially leave either the reader and/or the site itself (depending on the nature of the agreement made between them beforehand) open to legal prosecution, if it could somehow be established that the contents of such a reading influenced in any manner the decision which was finally reached by the court.
Now to the best of my knowledge there has never been a case where such an interference has been proved beyond a shadow of a doubt, but I am personally not about to want to make history by doing so, even if I recognised that providing such information would bring some comfort to the person concerned by easing her anxieties about the most likely outcome of the legal action she has taken against her (former?) landlord.
Sorry that I also cannot help you in answering this particular legal question,
Yours truthfully,
eye_of_tiger
