When I tried to link in with your energies, I felt a general situation of stalemate, a state of flux, so to speak, as though you go along with the daily tasks, but you just go through the motions; they don’t mean much to you in terms of an aim, excitement or passion. You just do them, because they have to be done. All I am getting around you is not so different to what you have described yourself about your situation.

I am also getting the feeling or the energy of youngsters/children around you. They mean a lot to you, but I feel you need a bit something more than that; whether this is in relation to your job or you as a parent. I feel this has become like the mundane for you; there is that need for some excitement in your life. I do not sense if your husband understands what you’re going through. You feel young children energy around me as I am a Stay-at-Home Mom, and my children are 3 1/2, and 1 1/2 year old twins.  All boys... <sigh>  LOL  I do love them very much, but my life has taken on a rather "Mundane" feel to it...  Yes...  I find myself just going thru the motions of everyday tasks...   You're spot on about that!!  And yes... My "Husband" (going to be EX!) lives across the street, but I don't see him really helping me...  Not in any way that doesn't suit himself anyways...  It would be GREAT if he would actually support me/us like he said he was going to instead of arguing and fighting with me about everything...  ... wait...  I think that should have been posted in the "I Need a Hug" forum...  LOL  (Rhutobello, please don't move my post!  <snicker>)  I think that I'm really trying to find my feet...  That could explain the independence feelings...  The reaching out for reassurance but still doing what I want...

As for the partner thing...  I DO have someone important to me, but he seems to be sort of closed to me right now...  He's dealing with his own issues right now, and I'm doing my best to stay out of the way...  But it's hard when you're tired of being alone...  (codependency sucks!  LOL)  I wonder, sometimes if he feels for me the way I feel for him...  And if he DOES, how can he stand it?  I just HATE to be away from him!!  So maybe that's the stalemate feeling you're getting??  Who knows...

I just registered at the local college and hope to start school in February...  I take my assessment tests on Nov 3...  That could be the new aquaintences you were talking about...  All I know is that I need something to change in my life, so I am now taking measures to get there...  

But I would STILL like my romantic interest in my life...  He's the most ... ... dyna... well... umm... He's quite someone!!  I don't have the words to categorize him, and hope I never do!  LOL  I am wondering if that is the two cards you pulled for me...  I myself have been dabbling with my tarot cards, but they just aren't making sense to me right now...  I'm getting a lot of mixed readings from them...  Which is, ultimately, why I turned here...  As I said...  I feel like there is something holding me back...  Surrounding me with negative energy and ill-fortune...  But not really impacting me in any serious manner...  Just emotionally, and in dealing with people, and my relationships...  Stuff like that...  Just...  putting out a street full of speedbumps!  LOL  (What an image, huh?!  <snicker>)

Whilst it is not allowed for us to tune in to a third party (Ryan) but I did pick the Ace of Cups for you which stands for new beginnings in the area of love and romance. I cannot say that it is a full-fledged relationship, but  it does indicate new beginnings. The power of the Ace of Cups can be the same as the power of the Magician, but you still have the choice to take it or leave it. When these beginnings come about into your life, it will be something innate, a feeling inside, almost like an inspiration from the divine, then it is up to us to nurture and/or accept what is being given. Having said all of that, I think you have done something wonderful by enrolling in to college and changing the pace of your life. It is a healthy distraction and one, indeed, will take you to places and also put you in contact with people.

As soon as we are given an indication that there may be new beginnings coming into our lives by way of this or that, we have a tendency of relating them to what is happening here and now around us, i.e. in your case Ryan.. But, who knows..... keep your options open and may be think out of the box?
