Hey Mysticboard! My name is Summer Martin. I don't know how much information I should give out for anyone to give me a good detailed reading, so if you need more information about me please just say. I have been wanting a reading for a while now, I have gone through a lot in my life suffering depression and anxiety, I am still young almost 16 years of age. I'm just wondering if I will ever feel complete, not alone, everything and anything you can or should tell me. Thanks!

Most of the readers on this site do not give readings for those under 18 years of age.  The reason for that is that your spirit is not matured and we could possible alter your life or influence it greatly before it has matured.  I will tell you sweet heart as a mother who raised or assisted in raising 6 girls, what you are feeling is very tragic, but a lot of it is due to raging harmones, one moment you feel adult and can do anything and the next moment you want to be that little girl with no cares or concerns and know that mom and dad will take care of everything.  I am sure you have had a difficult life, but it will look so different in a year or so.  I would suggest that you look into the meditation and development forum you can get a lot of assistance through learning how to meditate and heal from within.  God Bless you, hon, I know it is difficult and I wish I could take away the pain and frustration and confusion, but we all have to go through it for a reason, it is a part of what makes us individuals.

Sorry to butt in here, but could I please suggest that although you are prevented from getting a reading on this site according to the site reading rules and international laws about what is not allowed over the internet if a person is under 18 years of age that you might like to try the I Need a Hug forum instead?



While the people on that board cannot provide you with a formal reading as such, there will be many who do not consider themselves to be readers, but would I feel do anything to help and support you through this particularly difficult phase of your life.

There are countless other under 18s on this site who share many if not most of the problems you are presently facing, and will have great empathy for you if you are only willing to ask for assistance when required.

As a person who himself has suffered miserably at times with chronic anxiety and depression for most of my nearly 57 years plus at least one serious nervous breakdown my only advice would be for you to if you have not already consulted and be treated by a qualified doctor for your anxiety and depression (which contrary to popular opinion you can have at the same time as each other), that you should do this sooner rather than much later for not only your own benefit, but also for that of the many people who love and care for you.

Depression is the common cold of the mind, but it can often have much more fatal consequences if left untreated than a few sniffles and a cough now and then. I feel that even at your tender age you know all too well what I am talking about here, so I will leave you now with the knowledge and comfort that you have many potential friends and helpers here, who would go out of their way to show you that you are valued both as a member of this site, and most importantly as another fallible human being who is doing her very best to make some sense of this cryptic puzzle which we call life.
