Wow, a lot has happened since you last read for me.  
Everything I was looking for, I now have...and I don't take any of it for granted a single bit.  I'm milking it for all it's worth.
I've never felt so active (as opposed to just hoping/dreaming), community-wise and independence-wise. I volunteer in the industry that I mentioned in my previous reading, and have got my first ever real job (unrelated to museums - but very satisfying!).  

I'd like to have a reading for this new stage of my life.

Mmmmm...... Wasn't it in your previous reading when I hinted that while things might not turn out exactly as you expected they might with regards to getting a job, it could potentially turn out even better? It appears from what you have said that you now have the best of both worlds between both your voluntary work and your paid job, And now are no longer unemployed which will inevitably change the attitudes of any prospective employers you may have in the future towards you in a positive manner. You at last have your foot in the door and will gain much self confidence and valuable experience from what you will be doing over the next six months (which is the period of time thought to be covered by a reading of the type given here).

DEATH - The card called Death tells me (no real surprises here) that your working life is entering upon a new and significant phase which will require you to make some major changes and adjustments not only in the way in which you do things, but also in your attitudes towards work in general. Not quite the museum position you were looking for, but at the time of your last reading you admitted that your previous relevant work experience in this area was fairly thin on the ground anyway. As you should already have realised in 99.9% of cases this card has absolutely nothing to do with either evil or the physical transition called death. But in a symbolic sense only you will need to "die" to much of what happened up until now employment wise in order to gain the maximum advantage from the opportunities which will open up to you from now on.

THE EMPEROR -  In theory this particular card could either refer to a male person in your life as a work colleague or possibly your boss, or on the other hand it could equally apply to the male or masculine aspects of your own personality (as both men and women possess some of the personality traits of the opposite sex). The main question posed by The Emperor is as to who you feel is the "boss" in your life. Do you feel you have a great degree of control over what happens in your future through the conscious decisions you make in the present moment, or do you feel instead that you are life's helpless victim? While it asks you this very important question, it leaves answering it essentially up to you, because in the end it is not so much what will happen to you on the job which will determine how you will meet the challenge, but it will be heavily based on the meanings you associate with each event. Just think about the difference you would expect in your emotional response if you believed that for example your supervisor gave you a difficult task in order for you to prove to yourself you could do it, compared to if you thought he was doing it to make you so stressed out that you will give up before you really ever give yourself a fair go. So you may not have total control over every factor which could possibly affect you while you are working, but you do have quite a lot more control over your mind than many people imagine. The Emperor is a no nonsense person and does not take fools lightly but this is not the time for daydreaming and worrying about what might or might not happen. Take a more active approach and be more in the driver's seat of your life through gaining a greater degree of control over as many different factors as possible, (those you wee meant to have control over) without getting too stressed out in the process and possibly making yourself ill. AS for the factors which will remain permanently outside your control, that is where the need for faith comes into the picture.

THE MAGICIAN - Your third and final card is possibly one of the most powerful in the entire Tarot deck.. It talks to me about manifesting or making physical your most cherished dreams and most strongly held desires merely through what appears to be the "magical" power of the spoken word. I am lead to understand that in the Spirit world our thoughts are instantly translated into tangible objects simply by thinking them to ourselves. Fortunately in the physical world, things do not happen quite as easily as that (thank God). Often there is a requirement to repeat that same thought over and over again, until it effectively becomes so deeply absorbed by our unconscious mind that it takes on a life of it's own. Just imagine what would happen if our every thought became real without the protection offered by this delay. If you are like most people at some time I feel you have become so angry or frustrated with a person that you may say without thinking that you wish they would drop dead. Imagine if every time you only thought such a terrible thing that the person did.. So with certain conditions which were put there for our own protection as well as to help us become more aware of our own inner strengths through meeting a challenge head on, the Magician is in essence reminding you that you are far more powerful than you often realise you are (by exercising greater control over your most frequently held thoughts), but with that creative power also necessarily comes the requirement to use it in a positive and responsible manner in the best interests of all people concerned.This golden rule applies just as much to the rest of your life, as it does to how you earn your honest living.
