Hello Boobear
We dont always like our supervisors let alone our bosses.
All co-workers bring their 'drama' to work whether that is right or wrong. Are they forcing you to partake in their drama or are you simply getting annoyed hearing about them? You can ignore their drama and carry on with your work.
Everything in your above post, Boobear, indicates your realism of the difficult times we are in. It also reafirms your understanding of the ways you got this job after such a long time. These are good, logical aspects about you and which I second under the current economic climate.
But then we have that 'illogical' aspect of yours whereby you are being affected by your supervisor and your co-workders. I would say be kind to your workers and their drama by not getting involved, or DO get involved if you think you can help them. As for you not liking your supervisor, I strongly suggest that you keep your relationship with him/her strictly on a work level and try and see some positive points that you might like about him/her.
After all said and that, you yourself are answering your own questions: it took you a long time to find this job and now you know things are difficult in the job market, unless in your line of work it is easier to find another which you said it wasnt with this current one.
Let's leave the psychic reading aside.
What would you say you should do?
I'd say: stay put and dont be too fussy about co-workers and your supervisor. No job is ever 100% satisfactory.
The pros and cons..... only you can be the judge. Use your gut feeling (and throw in some common sense too).
Best wishes to you.

I try to stay out of it and Im at the point where I am really miserable working there. I know every where you go there is going to be some drama or one bad person who likes to stir up problems. But it gets to the point when nothing is being done and the person who causes brown noses the supervisor so she does nothing about it. I work in the medical field, there are jobs available. I am just wanting a reading to see if I will find a job and if it will be better

You are missing the point Boobear.
I sympathise with your issue(s) at this current job and even then I find it to be a normal work environment hoolaballoo; happens everywhere.
If you say there are jobs available in the medical industry, then why not start your search and once you find something that appeals to you, then you take action accordingly. I would never, never suggest you leave your current job without finding a more suitable one.
I have picked three cards for you but I did not ask whether you will find a new job and if it is going to be better than this current one. I asked what Boobear should do in his current position and in view of his search for a new job.
I got the Nine of Wands, Five of Cups and the Knight of Swords.
You are standing alone from the crowds and being defensive about your position because you did not get there by sheer luck; there was a lot of hard work involved and you will defend all you’ve got and achieved so far. However, you are looking at this situation as a ‘lost case’ and are not willing to accept or even consider that there are other positive aspects to this current job or perhaps that all is not lost yet. Looking at the Knight of Swords I am getting the feeling of a young energy around you (or his qualities) which may be having an impact on you. These qualities are like a two-edged sword as is the case with all Knights. This person is smart but can be blunt too; he is authoritative but can be domineering as well; intelligent but full of himself and lacks tact and subtlety; he can be knowledgeable but also can be opinionated. Now, I do not believe this is you and I also sense you are having difficulties handling this person.
What should you do? Get up and leave? To answer that question I picked two clarification cards: Queen of Pentacles and Ace of Wands.
The Queen of Pentacles is a benevolent, gentle and a loving person. She could be a mother figure or a wife or a woman in her forties whose gentle approach may have a calming effect on you or even that you should adopt some of her qualities in order to be able to go through this current situation. When I look at her I get the image of patience and a calm attitude towards her surroundings. She is sitting still and is considering all the options in a calm manner.
However, there are new beginnings coming your way as well by way of new ideas, possibly new job prospects, a new passion to which you might be dedicated to and all these may be presented to you sometime soon, but it will still be up to you to take those opportunities or leave them.
If I have to go by what the Wands stands for, I would say this situation may start coming your way in the summer months.
Make of this what you will Boobear, but please do remember the Five of Cups and the Queen of Pentacles to bring you some inner calm where you stand now in your job situation.
I hope all goes well for you.
Best wishes.
