I'm a 37 yr old female from India.
I was in relation with a guy since Sept 2004. He lost his job in Dec 2004 and was unemployed till Nov 2005. Now he has got a job in a very senior grade. After he got the job, we were planning our marriage. However, we ended up in a misunderstanding and bitter fight in the beginning of this month. He ended our relation. I apologised a lot for my behaviour though we were equally responsible for the fight. But he refused to take me back. Theres been no communication since last couple of weeks.

However, on Monday, 26th He sent me a blank email, with no msg, which again gave me hopes. Though i replied with my usual "i miss u", theres no further mails.

I would like to know whether i should make further efforts on this one. It means a lot to me.
Wud be grateful for an analysis.

Unfortunately, I don't have a good feeling about this one. Have you ever heard the saying:

“If you love something let it go free. If it doesn't come back, you never had it. If it comes back, love it forever.�

I think you need to just let him go. There may be other reasons he has chosen not to continue this relationship besides this argument between you both. Let him have time to work out his own personal stuff and maybe he will realize what he has been missing.

Although, I would not put your life in a standstill waiting or hoping that he will come back because that is not being true to yourself. Live your life! Sometimes when we are not looking for love, love is right before our eyes and usually those are the relationships that work out in the end.
