Please may I request a reading from you using the Avalon Oracle if that is ok, otherwise whatever you choose is fine by me, I would very much like a reading about my work life at the moment as things are getting quite busy and I want to know what can I do to help keep things running. Work Life

Shuffling the cards one of them flew out of my hands and landed on my keyboard, it was the blank card called The Faery Guide card. This card is card zero the first card in the deck and it is meant for the owner to draw their own guide on it so that their energies can become attuned. The thing is I get the sense that because this card is blank that perhaps you don't work with guides asuch but prefer to seek confirmation direct from the source? When I was trying to put a face to the card the image remained blank which sometimes can happen but which more commonly means that the seeker is in contact directly with the library of records themself. There are many ways that you can develop and improve this connection, obviously meditation is one and also passive travelling, astral travelling but instead of travelling in this world travel the spirit plane and access that way.

There is a very complex energy coming through here and I am wondering if there is a conflict of interest with you being in the middle, perhaps being torn between close family and older members. It is always very hard when this happens if we are very close to all and if this is in a work situation then it can compound any issues that need one focus or one leadership.

Sometimes when we look at something from the outside it is easy to see how to put things right, but once we are in the middle it is far more difficult as the situation is all around us and we need to keep turning to see it all. Perhaps now is the time to step back again and look from the outside in, look from an objective point of view and see what you can help and where.

When we try to help sometimes it can be misunderstood and people take offence at what we do, even if it is right they try and make it look wrong and make it fail. It is very hard to accept that we can all make mistakes and that none of us are perfect. In a person that strives for perfection this can be doubly difficult as nothing is ever good enough and nothing is done the way that they wish.

I am being shown a blue bowl, filled with water and there are ripples starting in the middle and radiating outwards. Even the smallest pebble can start ripples that will soon cross the whole surface of the water and perhaps this is a suggestion that you can make a difference even if you start with very small steps, slowly and gently so that no-one is put out or offended and instead they can clearly see you are trying to help.

As a final piece of information as the oracle fades I am shown The Horse, this is a mighty animal that has a huge heart and is filled with empathy and compassion, they can literally sense what is wrong and how we are feeling and perhaps this is you and your senses are becoming overwhelmed with all the emotions flying around at the moment. Don't forget to take regular breaks and to ground and centre yourself every few hours when you are in these strong situations as this will help limit the build up of electrical energy and static energy that can cause fluctuations in our auric shields.

Don't be afraid to delegate and also don't be afraid to accept offers of help, no matter how unlikely the source may seem, do be careful though as being in a situation such as this can leave you vulnerable to attacks from unscrupulous people that might try to take advantage.

Finally make sure you take time to relax and to chill out and to laugh! Laughter can ease the tension and make us all feel a lot better, it also helps us to look our best and to recreate bonds that drew us together in the first place

Wow! Thank-you so much, sometimes it is so much easier for another to see what is going on, you are spot on with the family, I have recently started a new job with my husband and it is very hard. It was far easier when I was sitting on the settee discussing what I thought should be done lol, like hearing a quiz on the radio and getting it all right cos its so easy, then when it comes to your turn they questions all seem much harder lol.
