Greetings! My name is Danielle,
I've been very sensitive to nonphysical energies since I can remember and recently I've been back on my spiritual research to help me better overstand myself and my purpose as it pertains to the use (practice) of my abilities. I want to extend the invitation to any further advanced Shamans, Spiritual advisers/ healers, etc. to please help me find my Spirit Guides name. I am open to further information, if needed, upon request.

Are you already in contact with your spirit guide? In other words can you ask simple questions and receive answers. The first answer you receive is generally the right one. Try asking some simple YES - NO questions to get the process moving, to which you already know the answer.

For example "is my name Danielle?" I know that this all sounds rather childish and pointless to your everyday logical mind, but your inner wisdom or spirit guide does not use logic at all. Now ask your guide what his or her name is. Do not be surprised if he or she does not tell you immediately, if at all. In is not in everyone's path to know the name of their guide, especially at the very beginning of their working relationship with one another (which is a highly intimate and very personal one).

Some people choose what they feel is a suitable name, then ask their guide if it is OK to continue to use it. Do not allow the absence of anything as trivial as the absence of a definite name to come between you and your guide, as in the general scheme of things names are more important to us than they are to them. I have never known the name of my own spirit guide, but I have never permitted this to prevent me from giving readings on this forum in order to help people like yourself to the best of my own abilities.

If you do still want some further advice about the process involved in learning your spirit guide's name sooner rather than later, could I respectfully suggest that you should also try posting in the Mediumship Q&A forum. I am certain that our good friend Spiritalk (whose forum it is) or another medium will be able to help you more with this than is normally possible through a psychic reading of the type given on this forum.
