Hi there, my name is Angela, I'm 26/f, born 10/14/1981 @ 2:30pm and am a Libra.  I'm requesting an overall reading for guidance: life, finances, career, etc.  

The past two years of my life have provided me with so much growth that although I've taken an emotional beating I'm so thankful bc I've strangely never felt so much love & peace.  I've also experienced a lot of death in my life which has caused me great struggle in negativity & cynicysm (I have come so far!!).  I'm also in dispute with my family over religious matters.  Raised Christian & now have opened my heart to universal God who loves all of his creations.  I struggle financially and am inconsistant with accepting wealth.  My dreams are also potent & powerful as well as my intuition, but lack of trust for myself (and others...) inhibits my gifts.  I also wanted to add that I've spent the last 2 years on the west coast after moving from the east coast where I grew up.  Since I have moved I have consistently had premonitions & deja vous from before I moved where the detail is to a tee.  Help in understanding this?  How to use it meaningfully?

Those are some issues that may help with the reading.  I am working very hard at keeping a consistant positive & loving energy, attracting abundance & money management.

To be perfectly honest and upfront with you, I read your request several times and started to wonder if there was anything constructive that I felt I could add to your own excellent assessment of your situation. I was most impressed and encouraged by your practical down to Earth no nonsense approach to your life's many challenges, but above all to your overall positive attitude under what were obviously particularly adverse circumstances. The death of a loved one often forces us to ask some of the most important questions we will ever ask about our own mortality and our purpose for being here on Earth at this moment in time, and not surprisingly this is also often a valuable opportunity to carefully re-examine the religious beliefs of our upbringing, and frequently find them to be less than adequate.

We each I feel need to develop a more Universal concept of the role in which a much Higher Power than ourselves plays in our daily lives, but while consciously we might believe that we can ignore their negative influence on our ability to develop a more practical set of spiritual beliefs, the faith of our upbringing does all too frequently tend to return to haunt us. Also many people find some sense of increased security and comfort by believing that by rigidly obeying all their church's teachings they can somehow purchase a golden ticket to heaven. Letting go of their security blanket can be a particularly traumatic experience for many of these people, which is why I feel that our minds resist any attempt to strip these beliefs away. My advice would be to persevere with gradually peeling away some of these terribly limiting beliefs, but at the same time to show as much compassion and understanding for yourself (as you often do towards others) for having doubts and fears that make this a difficult process of personal transformation. There are many other members on these forums who are going through similar struggles to your own regardless of their religion or culture, so never feel you are entirely alone with feeling this.



Practical advice on developing your precognitive abilities (having premonitions of the future in your dreams) can I feel best be obtained by asking relevant questions in the main Psychic forum, rather than as part of a reading here. The mechanism behind Deja vu is still highly controversial, and is usually not regarded as a separate psychic ability as such.

As this is the very first reading I will give you on this forum, I decided to dispense with numerology and a life path reading this time, and simply asked the Tarot cards for any useful insights which you might use on top of the excellent efforts you are already making that could assist you in the areas of your career and finances (which are often closely related to each other).

Effectively your reading is saying that you need to base your career choice as much upon your own instincts as you are already probably doing on your qualifications, work skills and previous experience. You admitted yourself that you are highly intuitive but that you do not trust as much as you should in where your heart is leading you, including with reference to finding a suitable job. The good or bad news is (depending on which way you view this) that there will be many opportunities over the next few months for you to use your instincts and trust much more in them. Thank you so much for taking the time in doing a reading & replying to my post.  I know that what you do requires a lot of your own personal energy & it is obvious that you contribute so much of your energy to others.

What I got most from your reading was validation.  Thank you for your 'hands off' approach as you were correct & I assume I would've followed your instruction in regards to career suggestion.  

As I asked the Higher Power things I couldn't understand (diversities between faiths, about happiness, life purpose etc.), immediately notions of universal spirituality followed by teachings that were suited to my level of understanding were manifested into my life.  I am thankful for the eye opener and ability to see what is truly loving one another regardless of our inherent differences as we are all individuals...  You never realize how much you live with a victim mentality (as well as accepting everything you were taught when young) until you shed it and realize YOU are the creator of your own life.  Like I said, I have never felt more love or peace or happiness rather than that feeling of guilt or condemnation for myself and others bc of ridiculous antics.  The purpose of being a Christian was to live like Christ- full of love, forgiveness, & compassion without judgement.  Ironically I live more like that now than I ever have under the blanket of that religion and that only validated my path, making it OK to break away.

I believe that you will find many other members here who will agree with you that this was the originally intended purpose of living your life as a Christian (to follow Christ's living example in your own life), but so much seems to have been lost in the interpretation or translation since then that there is now a huge difference between the practice of true Christianity, and what is often called "Churchianity".
