well relationship was basicaly over 3 year ago, though he lived with me until augiust last year when i had to take control... and lost my temper.after years of suppression

Regardless of how long ago he finally left you after losing his self control, the writing was already plainly on the wall with regard to your relationship with him those three years ago?

Please therefore let me know if the suggestions I offered you were helpful.

I feel that the fact that he only physically left in August of 2007 makes the need to break the remaining unhealthy energy connection which still exists between you even more urgent than if it had been a whole three years.

yes... very helpful........ im really honoured you chose to help me....its really been difficult, as i still miss him..... but he walked out every time i felt bad .... even left me alone all day on my birthday...when i in tears.... so not good for me....yet i got no one now.
