Thank you all for the acknowledgments, it brought tears to me as well.  This is confirmation that our efforst as readers and Administrators and Moderators are accomplishing the purpose we post here, helping others.

A simple thank you does not cost anything, but it certainly is much appreciated and being only human we as readers will immediately feel a deeper sense of connection with you in the future, when you post your next request.

While we have already mentioned several times on this forum about the team spirit between readers, I do not believe that the moderators and site admin have been formally recognised as equally valuable members of the same team.

While the point has been made that this site would not be able to provide these free reading services without us, without the helping environment they (mods and admin) have established and their member's requests we would not have the opportunities we do to use our gifts to help genuine and caring people such as yourself.

There is a close and two way working relationship between them and us which has only grown stronger recently in the way in which our opinions and feedback were sought concerning the featured reader trial.

Most other websites I have worked on in the past would have bowled ahead with this plan with no consideration as to whether their readers thought it was a good idea, and I believe that the way this has been thought out has done a great service towards improving the quality of the reading services being offered here, as well as enhancing a feeling of us all working together for the common good of both this community and it's members.
