As with all of us you are supposed to experience life, love life and laugh a lot, that is what keeps us going. I am not sure what you are asking if you mean career, goals, etc. It is time for you to sit down and search within yourself and find what makes you feel accomplishments, an enjoyment of accomplishing these goals. You are a very curious young man, that will take you far.

The illness is a chemical imbalance, it is difficult for you to be able to focus on one thing at a time, you mind works on so many levels it is hard to complete one train of thought. Like a starburst, your thoughts go in so many different directions you become frustrated because you are so intelligent you can't seem to finish a thought. Yes you do need meds for a time period. They are to assist you in learning how to complete a thought. Be careful, don't take too much, but take enough to sense some clarity. You will need to work on this for a couple of years but during that time you will be able to make some amazing discoveries spiritually and intellectually.
Just have faith in your God, you will come through this and will learn to experience the beautiful emotions in life.
