Everything I've read about anger, is that it lowers ones vibration, and that's the last thing I want to do, and so I fight it for as long as I can, but eventually it has to come out.  There are very few people who have experienced my wrath, as it's my own personal issue, and I don't feel that it's fair to subject the undeserving to witness it.  In fact, even the most, deserving haven't witnessed it, because it frightens even me, that such venom can spew forth from my normally docile and compassionate self.  If I could turn that anger into love, I could conquer the world, LOL...gee, I just gave myself an idea...next time it happens, I'll replace the hate words with love words and see what happens.  If you don't mind my asking, eye of tiger...my present job offers telecommuting and seein as how my health will eventually keep me home bound, I wondered if you see it happening for me, with this company I work for.  It would definitely ease the struggle with the low pay that I have to deal with.  I haven't told them that I'm sick, and don't plan to, unless it's absolutely necessary, cause they might get rid of me.  But working at home is definitely an option once my body starts to limit movement.

Kathleen I am wondering is sugar is an issue here? Low blood sugar levels and high blood sugar levels, in fact just the fluctuation can really let anger rip! Regular meals and keeping to an even sugar level can help. It's wierd I wonder if it is you I am sensing now?

I definitely abuse sugar, but have never had my levels tested...possibly because I'm so petite, the doctors have never mentioned it.  I have become very aware of it though, and in lieu of adding more problems to my failing health, I'm in the process of making some major changes in my diet.   You might suggest now, that I have the test, but to be honest, I have feared going to the doctor for almost a year, because I don't want to know how far my calcium disease has progressed.  Thank you for having me in your thoughts,
