I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank both the site admin and the relevant moderators for one of the most clear and compassionate set of guidelines for readers that I have ever seen anywhere on the internet. One set of rules for everybody.

This should I feel go a long way towards reducing our ongoing feelings of confusion, frustration and hesitancy to give a reading, in case it unintentionally breaks one of a series of different and outmoded rules which have now been largely replaced by a clear cut statement as to how best to determine whether or not to proceed with a particular reading.

This will now allow us as a united reading team to get on with what we have come here to do, which is to help your members to better understand themselves, and by so doing  improve the quality of their lives, as well as those of people around them. People helping other people, rather than us constantly acting as if we are traffic cops.

Please accept my most heart felt congratulations on a job well done.

I believe that other readers than myself as well as people requesting readings on this forum from now on will also greatly appreciate the sterling efforts you have made on their behalf, and I therefore accordingly invite them to add their own positive comments to this discussion thread.

God Bless,

In my opinion shall all kudos go to the Readers.....we might have put out a foundation....but as we all know this makes not a house.....you Readers are what makes that!

I will again use the opportunity to give you a "B I G  T H A N K S" on the behalf of the sites administration, there would not have been any MysticBoard.com without you, and I love you all for the work you are all doing each day to help people in need!

I must sincerely apologise if this is a bit off topic for my original posting, but there appears to be no other way I can ask this where it will be seen equally by both readers and members alike.

I am already encountering difficulties in explaining to those requesting readings that from now on we are only able to offer them one reading per month.

Quote:
5) Please do not give a member more than one reading a month, some types of reading need only be given every six months or even once a lifetime.

On other sites I have read on this is usually determined by looking at the time the request was made, rather than on the date the actual reading was given.

This effectively means that if a person requests a reading on this forum on for example January 22nd, he or she will once again become eligible to request another, either on or anytime after February 22nd.

Could you please confirm or otherwise that this is the case on these MB forums as well, so that both readers and members requesting readings will know exactly where they both stand when working within the new rules?

Also, this will only work if every reader uses the same rule (amongst many other factors) when deciding if the person is eligible to receive their next reading. Otherwise members will play one reader against another?

Many thanks in advance,

Thx for your question....because only by discussion we can point out each others view and problems we might see.

Our thought is not to interfere to much with the Readers ability to give Readings, when asked and if connection are in place.
That was the reason behind our change to take away any requirement.

back to your question.
As we can see almost each day, members goes from one reading request to another in hope for the ultimate "truth" or "solution."
What they many times get is more confusion...because each readers might connect to different parts of their situation.
This put an pressure upon the reader if he/she shall respond or not, and if not they might feel bad about it because they have no backdrop from the site to put it on.

But I can see your point....the way it now is stated is a "requirement",  so I wonder if we use the wording "We recommend.........." will do the trick ?
This because it is hard to get all readers to behave united, and if there is no "direct rule", there will neither be option for frustration.

I don't think we can prevent any "seeker" to ask for multiple readings, so everything here goes on what you as reader feel most comfortable with.

Please all readers voice your opinion here in the thread..about other thing that need change or be included...as said before...."the rule" shall work as foundation for your work....so you yourself find it as a nice place to stay, but we need to have them simple..

It is always those who do the work that know where the shoe give pressure
