I know that thoughts create your life, and I have been doing my best to change the thoughts to create new and better life for myself. I've been meditating, manifesting and anything else to improve myself. Yet, nothing is working in my favor. Throughout my whole life I've had nothing but misfortune and it's been tough. I want my life to change so badly that I dream about what changes I want every night. I know what I want, but can't seem to tap into it.
Is there anyone out there that can tell me what I can look forward to in the year 2008, and is my life going to get any better at all???
I need an upliftment. I need to know that "something" is going to go right for me for a change. I've just turned 52 and my life is a shambles. You've heard of people saying they're totally lost?? Well, I'm one of them and I need some serious advice.
So, who can stand up for me and say they'll give me what help they can? If you live your life to helping others...well, here ya go! I'm here waiting. Thank you. Sincerely, theladydi[/b]

Take up contemplative meditation. Whic is looking into the source of darkness in your chakras. As you begin to improve your engey body and become more aware of the spiritual life that surrounds you [plants, animals, spirit etc] and continue on the path of self improvment, you will eventually reach a point in you life where options and choices will open up allowing you to drastically change the path of your life.
Now a note on wanting, there is a thing in the mind called the wanting mechanism, some can liken it to the name of an undisciplined mind called the monkey mind in easter spirituallty.
The wanting mechanism is the fabricated thoughts of the subconscious that is directly related to you beliefs desires and uncontrolled emontions.
The monky mind refers to the state of mind that many find themselves in before the acctually find the clarity of mind found in the trance state of meditation.
Really what that sums up to is the control that you have over your oppnions, feelings and phought processes.
A good meditation for you would be a release meditaion of the was founded by Budda Gautama is the mindfullness meditaion.
This medaitation is usefull to release internal conflict and inner dialoug that of the monkey mind [look up].
Further direction for you would be to look into colour healing meditations and then onto energy expansion meditations.
