Chrissy,

At this stage unless you have any further questions coming out of your reading given above, I cannot help you any further through another reading on this Psychic Reading forum for at least the next month or so. This particular reading is now complete, but I am not insensitive to your frustration in trying to increase feelings of self love towards yourself.

Could I also please suggest that you might like to try the "I Need A Hug" forum while you are waiting, as I believe that on that board you can be given whatever emotional and healing support you require by other members who do not themselves give readings, but I am sure would still like to offer you whatever help and guidance they feel that they can?

You should never feel that you have to bear this burden all by yourself. You are never truly alone in your search for personal meaning and purpose. There is always someone out there who cares deeply for you, and is always more than willing to lend you a helping hand if you continue to reach out for it.

If you are having a problem with your "root chakra" relative to body physical, you are going to be way over weight. Are you way over weight?

Chrissy, can you put into words (maybe again) what you consider, "Progressing as I would like?" We have two bodies (actually three, relative to this world of things), body physical and body spiritual (the other is body mental).

Chrissy, may I ask you which "body" it is that you are concerned about? The "root chakra" can affect all three of them. Or is it something beyond bodies?

Hi Chrissy

It's easy to have down days and to let in bad thoughts, we are all only human. Why not check your biorhythms and see where you are in your cycles? I bet they hold an answer or two and there is a great software on MB that is very quick and easy. Our hormones play a part too as do the seasons and the moons energy. Now is a tough time for everyone, so you are not alone. But it will soon be February and then I am sure that things will start looking up.

By the way you could also try some simple aura strengthening exercises and use clear quartz, maybe even carry a small piece around in your pocket or wear it on a chain
