Yes, you need to know that readings given on this forum for any of your children as individuals (including those no longer living on Earth) are by definition third party readings which are not permitted on this site, as they are seen by many readers including myself as an invasion of the child's right to his or her privacy. Third party readings are for other than the person whom is requesting the reading (in this case you)?
Requests to either predict or diagnose pregnancy through a psychic reading are similarly I feel inappropriate. That is a matter between you and your doctor only.

If you have a child as the result of a miscarriage, then it is now in Spirit.
If you are asking us if you unknowingly have a child by a previous partner with whom you no longer have any contact, would you be willing to accept responsibility for it's upbringing, even if we could tell you this (which in my opinion would be improper and leave us open to legal issues, if it was indeed possible)?
