Hi Frank,
Let us first then narrow your question down to one of these three major life areas (Love, Money or Health) by consulting the cards?
Five of Wands - A card often predicting both conflict and power struggles. Inner doubts and fears will frequently arise, leading to confusion and panic. The question which this card usually asks when drawn within a reading is How can I more easily gain an advantage over whoever I see as being my main competition? While such a question could equally refer to either competition in business (meaning more or less money for you) or instead with regard to matters of romance (love), my feelings are that in the case of this particular reading your future employment and therefore how much money you will have in order to pay those seemingly endless bills and still have some money left over in reserve to be used to enjoy some of the little luxuries which make life seem more worth living, will be the focus of this one. Money it is!
A person's financial worth is not only measured by their bank account balance and their ongoing debts, but it is also determined by what qualifications and skills you already have which could be sold to the highest bidder or employer. In other words, everyone who goes to a job interview is a salesperson in that they are attempting to get the most return for their time and efforts in gaining as much in return as is possible for those skills and years of practical experience which they have built up often largely through their own efforts (and quite a few tears along the way).
What this reading is saying to me is that you need to at the same time change the personal qualities which you have and are no longer serving you well (or are actually holding you back), while at the same time doing whatever you possibly can to emphasise your many positive and saleable personal characteristics, especially those which could increase your chances of being a successful job applicant. Matching your qualifications, skills and relevant past work experience as best as you are able (possibly with the assistance of a career adviser) to the types of job openings available in your local area.
While I am not making any predictions either way as to whether you will get a new job or be promoted during the next six months or so, which would necessarily involve you having more money to live on, I feel that if you can somehow convince the interviewer or employer that you have certain qualities about you which could potentially make the company more money than they are making now, and in the process make you seem indispensable to them when compared to your competition, then you will financially have it made.
Be kinder to yourself,

Thank you for the reading and your time, eye_of_tiger. I'm gonna re-read this a few times and see if I can figure out how to put this advice into practice.
