Why not simply tell him which two of the four projects you are willing to help him with, and then leave it up to him to decide whether he is taking on more than he can possibly cope with? If the other two projects did happen to fail, would this necessarily reflect badly on you as his partner? Are you accepting responsibility for whether someone else's project fails, especially if you had already warned them it might? You are not your business partner's keeper, and are only partially responsible for what projects you take on with him. Are you concerned so much that he is overdoing things and might destroy his own health in the process, or are you only worrying about how it might affect you (including financially)?
If you are only willing to work on those projects in which you have a personal interest, I do not feel that you would ever make it independently in this or any other business relationship. It is often necessary to do tasks which you do not either find interesting or pleasant and be willing to compromise with your partners in business, for the benefit of the common good.
I therefore sense that it is in everyone's best interests (including your own) to continue to work towards a more co-operative relationship with any business partner you may have currently, or in the future. I feel that to either move out and start independently or maybe with their backing would be a very backward step with regards to you learning the required interpersonal skills in order to more effectively work with others in future (either independently, or within somebody else's business). One of the most important of these I feel is developing self discipline in persevering whenever you encounter difficulties in your relationships with other workers. Do you honestly believe that they are going to financially back you (or give you a good reference) when you decide to go out independently on your own, if you give up on helping them with their existing projects?
Hoping this has helped at least in some small way,

we talked about this 'at a time 4 projects confusion' last evening and i managed to convince them to take off with 1 at a time.
Also they liked my idea , which i wanted to handle with their backing next year(maybe in summer)
