It would be both my pleasure and privilege to give you a reading. My sincere thanks to you for the great personal compliment you have just paid me. While I am unable on the basis of a psychic reading to predict the actual time when you will buy instead of continuing to rent your office, if your finances improve it will probably be more likely to be sooner rather than later. Also remember that a reading of this type is thought to refer only to the next six months or so. Even if the reading comes up negative on this occasion (and I have not even started the reading yet), it could still be that you will be the new owner of your office sometime after the six months is up.

As to whether or not I feel that your financial situation will significantly improve over the next six months, and therefore lead to you owning rather than renting your office within the next year or so, I immediately drew the Eight of Cups as the focus card for this intuitive reading.

I don't know if you are personally familiar with the Tarot, but on first appearance to be honest this is a rather depressing card to have drawn in your reading. If I was simply taking things by their first appearance, I would interpret such a card as being an especially negative omen of your chances of enjoying financial success, at least in the medium term (next year). But as with many other things in life, there is much more to this card than what first appears on the surface. The good news is that the money outlook for you as represented by this card is not so bad as it first looks.

Eights have always been associated in my mind with the need to take positive practical steps and action, instead of leaving everything up to chance. It is often much easier to leave everything exactly as it has always been, at least over the short term. It takes both courage and will power to go against everyone else's opinions or ideas about what is the best possible course of action to take. While this card is not telling you to foolishly disagree with everyone for the sake of disagreeing, it does emphasise that you must sometimes stand up for yourself and be counted.

The Eight of Cups itself is mostly thought to symbolise the shedding or getting rid of old ways of doing things or relationships with others which have now gone long past their effective shelf life. In other words, outmoded ways of thinking about things or relating to other people must often be sacrificed in order to make way for the new (and hopefully better). Not only are these old habits no longer useful to us in attaining our personal and financial goals, but they can so easily hold us back from taking the necessary calculated risks involved in making a well thought out investment.

You may feel disappointed and disillusioned with the situation as it is now, but at least you do have the advantage of already having an business place to rent. I know that this is far from being an ideal situation (rent is effectively dead money), but there are many people starting out with their own business who would be jealous that you had something which they could unlike yourself never afford to either rent or own. Not everyone has the ability to organise and discipline themselves enough to be able to work from home. This card tells you to continue to follow your dream of becoming an owner, no matter how much others might try to convince you that it just cannot be done.

Basically what you are doing is a huge leap for you into the unknown, but the potential rewards of moving outside of your own comfort zone do I feel greatly outweigh the possible negative long term consequences of leaving everything exactly as it is now (the status quo). I believe that with some creative money management and perhaps some professional financial advice if required that even if your financial situation does not improve dramatically during the next six months that it will be at least moving in the right direction. Depending on many unknown factors such as the strength of your country's currency at the time and the political situation where your business is to be conducted, it is extremely difficult for me to put an exact time scale on when you will finally hold the title deeds to your office in your own hands.

Hoping that you will find some of the above insights of use to you in reaching a decision as to whether or not buying the office would be a worthwhile risk to be taking in what are after all very unstable and troubled times for the money and investment markets.

As I said previously I am not into making any predictions, as this assumes that your destiny is set in stone, and therefore nothing you can do or say is going to make any difference to the eventual outcome. I am more involved here with reading your specific personality strengths or weaknesses, and in better preparing you to deal with whatever still lies in store for you in the future.

Again you are asking here for me to make predictions concerning major milestones in your life. Also as you are now asking a completely different question it would require me to give you another completely new reading, which I do not feel would serve any useful purpose.

The reading you were given was meant to be more than merely interesting, and I therefore feel that you should re-read it, and use some of the useful insights provided in order to create a much brighter future for yourself and the other significant people in your life. Do not place your future in the hands of fortune tellers, but instead learn to better know yourself.
