I would like to know if someone could please read for me?  I have been going through a lot this year with loss of my job and income.  I have started a new job working from home, which allows me to be home with our 2 toddlers.  Which was actually answer to prayer.  I would appreciate anything regarding income, finances and this new job.  Thanks so much for your time and many blessings.

Welcome Diana,

While you did take a huge personal and financial gamble by secretly praying that you could work from home where you could also take care of your two toddlers, I feel that eventually you will realise that to allow you to do this, you old life and job (and the financial security it gave you) as they were had to first be sacrificed. It is almost inevitable that at first you will experience temporary cash flow problems during this time of transition, as a result of the significant changes which have been manifested in your life as you requested. While I am neither minimising nor am I ignoring the sleep you are probably losing nightly because of your very real concerns as to when that next pay cheque will arrive (after having received a regular income with your previous job for some time), by focussing on what you have not got yet rather than appreciating how many blessings you already possess in great measure, you are unintentionally attracting into your life the very things you most fear.

I know it is easier for me to say not being in your situation, to assure you that things will get better as you become better at dealing with the many challenges you have taken on by making your home your work place as well, but the secret is I feel in learning to self organise and to share the load with others. You are obviously very committed to making this arrangement work well for you and your children (or why would this be seen as being an answer to your prayers), so I do not feel that you are either lacking anything in energy or motivation to succeed. The important point here is that you only have a finite amount of time and energy available to you every 24 hours, and I consequently believe that you therefore need to become a much more effective time and energy manager for your self as a working stay home Mum, compared to what was previously the situation with your other job.

While there is nothing in this reading which suggests that things are going to get considerably worse financially for you over the coming months, I do not on the other hand see that it is going to improve to the degree that it will no longer require a daily juggling act on your part in balancing the needs of your job and children against your own equally important ones. They say that every dark storm cloud has a silver lining, but when you are yourself the person who feels caught at the very centre of such a storm, this inspirational cliché is not really of much comfort to anybody.  Just know that you have taken the first critical and courageous steps to wards significantly improving many aspects of your personal, family and working life, and that we as your internet friends are always here to provide you with some hopefully useful insights and moral support, whenever next life makes you feel down upon yourself once again.

Love, Light and Healing,

Thank you so much!  You are so right about time management and being...or should I say getting organized....It is truly a juggling act.

I was hoping to earn the income that I was earning before I lost my job.  But so far I have been making it work.

Thank you for your words of wisdom!

You may indeed need to sacrifice some of the income you once received, in order to be able to better care for your two toddlers as well as working from home. As long as it is not too much of a drop in your weekly pay packet, you should be OK.

I feel confident however that as long as you do not allow yourself to panic unnecessarily, you will soon overcome any potential difficulties which may arise at least until you are more fully established in your new job (including those of a financial nature).

Hey, you are doing the very best you possibly can to get the balance right between being a loving mother and being self employed.

Please do not misinterpret any of this as being negative criticism of what you have already achieved under sometimes very adverse circumstances which would have probably caused a lesser person than yourself to throw up her hands in utter dismay, and simply give up.

But you have instead persevered with such courage and determination.

We are the loyal members of your fan club.

Loving regards from your friend,

Thank you so much for words of encouragement!

You are so right about adverse circumstance!  We have been fostering children for 2 1/2 years while both working fulltime jobs.  Finally adopted our son, whom we received at 2 days old and our daughter soon to be adopted in January, whom we received at 2 1/5 months old. It has been a side of the world we have never know and needless to say will never understand...the system is BROKE.
I would like a reading please.
