I would like to respectfully request a reading to get more insight into what are truly my gifts, what may be blocking me from exploring them fully.

I suppose, yes, I seek confirmation as I feel strongly toward healing, empathy and communicating through non-traditional methods. I am recently re-exploring these things and believe met two new guides in meditation, described in previous posts in Psychic / Mediumship forum.

My birthdate is 7/8/1972, female in the US and will send name/details if requested for reading (I use this name elsewhere). If that is possible~ I appreciate someone else's help... maybe someday I can help others

Dear Autumn,

It would be both my great pleasure and privilege to offer you as a fellow Light worker some insights and guidance concerning your spiritual gifts, through a reading.

It is obvious then that you already have a very good idea as to where your own psychic strengths lie. Those inner promptings for you to further develop as a complementary and energy healer are I feel the best possible indication that you have found your life's true calling. Anyone who wishes to become an effective channel for these divine healing energies must feel a genuine need to ease the suffering of others. Fortunately then I do feel that it is hardly a coincidence that you are also more gifted than most in both the areas of empathy and communication.

Healers are by their very natures also teachers, as there is no point I feel in giving healing to a person who is then going to continue the same self destructive behaviour which has lead to their health problems in the first place. Healers consequently are there to also educate the person in learning to respect and support their own body towards it becoming healthy once again. The many benefits of the non traditional healing techniques always begin with the spirit within, and then gradually work their way out to the physical body (which is why such a healing is often not immediately seen at the physical level).

Your date of birth immediately tells me according to numerology that your Life Path or Destiny number is 7. People with an LPN of 7 often exhibit the following characteristics, although I must warn you that it is highly unlikely that everything listed here will necessarily apply to you.

You are a seeker of inner truths. You have a clear and compelling need to feel a greater sense of yourself as a spiritual as well as a human being. As a result of your very strong need to work more closely in co-operation with your own spiritual nature, your life path is mainly devoted to more detailed investigation of the unknown, and in finding the answers to the many still unanswered mysteries of life. You have a fine analytical mind, and enjoy immensely doing extensive research into these areas of interest, and in attempting to progressively fit the pieces of any puzzle together, so that the underlying pattern will be ultimately revealed for all to see.

Not that LPN 7 people are antisocial, but they do often become so focussed on the task at hand that other aspects and people of their life can at times become a distraction. That is why they often need to temporarily spend some quality time completely alone now and then, in order to meditate on what they have discovered and to at the same time recharge their own spiritual batteries. As long as the person concerned does not more frequently and for longer periods at a time withdraw from the rest of her life including her friends, this is necessary for her to be able to function effectively and to stay healthy.

Because of their fairly regular need for solitude and silence, LPN 7 people frequently find it more difficult than most others to both form new relationships, and to keep the ones which they already have. This does not mean that this type of person is somehow destined to living their life totally alone (far from it), but it probably does mean that they will need to consciously commit significantly more of their own time and energies than other people would have to do, if they were in a similar situation to their's.

With their abilities to learn, analyse, seek out answers to life's important questions and their burning desire to feel needed, LPN 7s have the potential for enormous growth and success in their lives, if only they can somehow get the balance right between the needs of those whom they are attempting to help, and their own equally important ones. A healer needs to teach others by example, and if they do not at the same time do what they can for the benefit of their own health, then they are hardly going to be an asset to anyone else.

While we must as healers always remain sensitive and compassionate to their suffering, to always place another person's needs ahead of your own could easily make you come to resent the very people you are most trying to help, and it will also probably not do anything positive for your own feelings of self esteem and therefore your abilities to continue to walk this very challenging but at the same time potentially very satisfying path which you have chosen to during this current lifetime.

I therefore wish you well with your ongoing search and your work as a healer. This beyond any shadow of a doubt is your life's calling and guiding purpose, and my feelings are that you would never be truly happy doing anything else.

I have always been drawn to those with needs; wanted, perhaps felt I needed, to help others. I have thus met with, and fell in love with, a few who will not be taught, or healed, and took me longer to draw away from their destructive paths. I hope I have learned enough from that for the future. I have indeed had the tendency to put other's needs before my own a lot and felt the resentment once I allowed myself to realize it. ~nods~

I have tended to isolate myself more than usual of late, as I feel too much sometimes. Or the feelings bombard me as very sensitive. I need also to find balance and keep myself healthy as to help others better (my own health is tenuous with pain and limited physical energy). I have gotten off track as late. I know I need others and find the balance between my recharge time and engaging with others. Actually I have been feeling and finally heeding the need for more me time, I just don't want to isolate too far.

I resonate with so much you have offered and need to meditate more deeply, but wanted to respond since you took your time for me

Thanking you for your feedback and kind words.

The path of a healer is never an easy one to walk, and many well known healers have only discovered their own abilities when they were visiting another to be healed themselves.

I believe that to become an effective healer, we must first ourselves experience difficulties and hardships in our life (although not necessarily of the same types as our clients), not only because it makes us better qualified to offer practical advice to others (because we already know how hard it is to keep struggling day after day), but also because it helps to develop humility in us, as well as genuine compassion for those who come to us for help.
