I feel a trifle upset about my actions on this forum thus far. It seems as if I want to be involved, an insider, yet constantly I yearn for a reading that subsequently places me OUTSIDE the realm of the inside discussion.

At least it feels this way.

(I should, in that case, make it clear that I really desire to be a part of this community and learn from you guys. If I'm lucky, I'll be able to pass on a little hue of wisdom to someone else on the wonderful MB Forum.)

I don't particularly need to know about my love life. I don't find any interest in asking if I will get the job I wanted. I want to give you this information and then, however you see fit and if you're kind enough, share with me what you've been given.

The one thing I've never stopped loving to do is play music. I must know, from the realm of public secrets, what can be done with my music? What should be done? I'm not looking for fame. No. I'm not looking for loads of money. No.

(And to both of those things, theres a little devil that desires these -- of course. It is not the core of my love for Music. It is not the core of my desire to Play.)

What are the potentials if I were to pursue whole-heartedly the Melodies and Sounds? Would there be any benefit to those who might listen?

Welcome Casey,

By requesting a reading on this forum you are I would have thought more a valued member of this online community, than if you had chosen to sit there passively and read everyone else's. You will only get as much out of this as you are willing to personally invest in or contribute to it? What you appear to be saying is that while you would as a result of your music like to become reasonably well known to your public and make enough money in order to have a fairly secure regular income, these are far from being the primary reasons for you wanting to continue as a music artist.

Immediately with you what comes out of your reading is that your spirituality and your music go hand in hand. I would go so far as to suggest to you that creating your music is an expression of the main purpose for which you entered this current lifetime. I see this as using your music as a way of encouraging and inspiring other people to look more deeply within themselves, and to more effectively establish and strengthen the connection with their Higher Self. Your music will therefore function for them both as a moving form of meditation, as well as a means for their spiritual healing. You make and play music, because by doing so you are acting as a channel or conduit for divine healing energies and the Light.

Living in a physical world such as this one, it is still necessary to make enough money to pay those endless bills and still have enough left over in reserve for the simple luxuries which make life seem still worth living. Unless you are charging exorbitant amounts of money for your work (and the market will only allow what is thought to be fair and reasonable) you are being asked not to feel guilty for needing to do this.

Actually by accepting their financial rewards in the true spirit of love with which they are offered, to compensate you for all the time and effort you have put into getting to this point in your life and your music career, you are maintaining the two way exchange of energies within the web of life which supports all of us. In other words by serving others in this selfless manner, you are allowing them their human dignity of being able to give you back something in return.

You should also not feel as though taking justifiable pride in your achievements is the same as vanity. While you are wise enough to see that being world famous is frequently not all that it is made up to be, you do need to get your music out there where it can be heard by as many people as possible who need to experience it. The many benefits of your music will I feel extend far beyond what the average human ear hears. The musical notes will be almost instantly translated into thought forms which will recentre, rebalance and ultimately heal their weary spirits, to give them added strength to carry on, sometimes under particularly adverse circumstances. Your music will be not only be heard through the normal auditory channels, but it will also provide them with a temporary inner means of spiritual retreat, and above all a time for recharging their spiritual batteries. An inner multimedia experience of sound and vision, with many more colours than are visible to our limited physical eyes.

I also feel that the spiritual healing aspects of your music are far from being your first attempt at this. I believe that you have already done this type of work several times during past Earthly incarnations, and that you will continue to further refine your music skills and techniques in later ones as well. One of your major life purposes is consequently I sense to bring comfort and healing to as many people as is humanly possible through the use of your music, both in your local area and over the internet. Rather than this being something which you could ignore and permanently retire from doing, I feel that your music is such an important part of your reason for being here that you would never be truly happy doing anything else.

It has been both a great pleasure and privilege to meet a fellow Light worker, and to be given this opportunity to read for you.I sincerely hope that this has helped you to more clearly understand your own unique life path, and that you will no longer beat up so much on yourself when you are feeling frustrated (it goes with the territory), so alone, and wondering whether you are personally through the medium of your music making any positive difference in other people's lives, by persevering with both faith and courage.

Casey,

I have gotten a picture in my head of you playing for children... many different kinds... Something not really geared towards them, but more of a soothing sound to it. I think that if you go down this route that you will develop very personal and lasting relationships with the people around these children and the children themselves. This would be a great source of joy for you. It would allow you to give not only your music but yourself. I have the feeling that you have thought of this before, but have not acted on it. I would advise you to act. You know where you want to be, so take those first steps to getting there....

I am only getting this, so I am not sure about any other areas of music or of your life.... but this is very loud and clear for me.

I personally on these forums wish to sincerely thank Casey for sending me such kind words of appreciation through a PM, for the time and effort which I always put into all my readings, and particularly in helping him to better understand the higher purpose which I see lies behind him continuing to create and play his music.

Nyte, you are very intuitive as well. I've played for kids before, and have thought about doing it frequently. You made a great call. On a personal note, I would say that I am not quite as intruiged with playing music for kids as I am an older crowd -- I suppose you made this clear as well when you said that the music is not nessesarily geared toward them. They sure can hear though, can't they?

Thank both of you guys for putting your energy into helping me see my life as the future holds. Awesome folks you are.

(Ha. I just wonder how a reading would come up if I was totally inflated in my understanding of the talent I've been given... perhaps I'm not even GOOD at music to anyone besides myself. I've had friends that misplace their trust in certain abilities they believe they have, and I'm sure I do it as well... I'm just glad that music, by both of your readings, wasn't ruled out, but encouraged. I thank you again!)
