as you can see from my old posts, i've worked for a guy last yr, who ditched me(others too) this year.
later i knew that he was running short of money to pay everyone so we just left

its been more than 6 months now and during this period i met him twice and he promised to payup something as soon as he gets some finance for this project, but my gut feeling said, it wont happen soon, so i remained away from him.

last week i got a mesage from him that he is starting things again from october and wanted everyone back.

meanwhile i met my old friend who wants to start another project with me in lead. but i felt i need some experience before starting independently, so i thought the first guy's project would be ideal to work and get some exp.

when will first guy start and pay everyone ? (will he ever do that ?)
(last time when i put this Q? in march, someone said it would happen in 6 months)
what about my own project with 2nd guy?

i'm really confused and looking for some guidance

Try to work on your self-esteem  and your self-confidence.

As you have stated...you have asked a lot of times for the same thing....you have got a lot of suggestions....and you ask again...we can't live your life...you have to take control over yourself...or you will never be ready!

For your friend and his project....if you are anything worth in your field....then jump on it.....you will grow...and you will be paid according to what you deliver.

For your earlier "partner" who almost never pay you...and who have not made up for last job...what are you thinking about even to consider his deal?

The more you ask for guidance....the less self-confidence you get....the more you are able to fix by yourself....the more you will grow yourself!

Dont trust him. As i said in the earlier reading, nothing good will come of your association with this man. the other project is about to start. keep focused, you are just about to start the upward path away from all this misery and confusion.

Just my point....if you can't evaluate this case with all the help you have received, then you can never learn to trust yourself.
You will never be able to take any decision, without consulting other.

I am not saying that we shall not help you....but if you want to help yourself then evaluate what I have said and slowly try building self respect and belief in yourself by making your own decisions.

After all Readings are not any TV into the future.
