hi! it's me again..well..i almost got a job but then it was not in my hands already (since i got an offer but the pass got rejected since the company has reached the quota for foreign workers :( ..so im back to square one)..i know i should think positive..and try again..but lately..im losing hope and don't know how to pull myself up..
will things turn around soon? uhh..it's like the place turns so gloomy..hope fading within me..

As I read your post I received the image of a stone milling wheel and a very large one at that. This isn't an image of something that is a part of our daily lives in this day and age of automation. Although there are no doubt still places in the world where grain is milled by hand this way.

I'm not a miller and don't pretend to understand the process. However, in addition to the image I received an assocated thought, "The mills of God grind slowly. But they grind exceedinly fine".

Questor, my sense here is that you have not been singled out for some unusual pounding in the sense that your difficulty in finding employment is a slow and unusual punishment of any sort! That's not the impression I get here at all! So please banish that thought from your mind!

No, the emphasis here is on the power, the slowness required, and the high quality of the resultant product. What this perhaps means in your life is that your "job" search is in actually part of a slow and arduous process by which you are finally directed to a path that will lead to long term value and quality of life.

I'm certain that this is far from comforting at the moment. I have no sage advise on how to temper your impatience. Impatience is a self-inflicted injury that I share with you as well!  No one wants to wait for anything today when there is so much instant gratifcation to be had.

Unfortunately..."The mills of God grind slowly". No sense of haste or waste in this image. "But they grind exceedingly fine".

Questor, when I give blind readings it is my practice to stay very, very close to the image and not wander off into giving advise that has its source in my conscious analytical mind. So here is where my reading ends. However, let me say in conclusion that this was a strong and powerful image. The size and weight of this stone millling wheel was impressive. It was indeed moving slowly in a circular path. However, nothing but nothing escaped its refining presence and weight.

What is coming may indeed be something worth "weighting" for. Not in the sense that when that day dawns for you the heavens will open up with choirs of angels singing and everything will suddenly be perfect in your life. However, I sense that this day when it dawns will bring a sense of confirmation, the confirmation that something is in the process of birthing for you that is more satisfying in the long term than a "job".
