Hi Dor...

I tried to take a look and I have an image in my mind and I don't even know if this is your father I am seeing. No date has popped into my head and even if it did, I don't think it would be fair to tell you.  

What's important is I know what you saw was a terrible image that has stayed with you. I'm not going off topic though it may seem so for a few brief moments... but when my grandfather suddenly had pain in his back and was taken to the hospital, he was a strong healthy man. The last time I saw him in the hospital he was probably 70 or so pounds an image that upset me so greatly I couldn't bear to see him... he died shortly after my last visit and I refused to go to his funeral because I was just a kid who wanted to remember my grandfather the way I wanted to remember him. I wanted to remember a healthy, vibrant, tall and strong man who was filled with life, love, happiness and wisdom and that is exactly how I remember my grandfather... I share this with you because it's a helpful suggestion... Try and remember an image of him where he was healthy before you found him and push that final image out of your mind.
