Thank you so much for reading this post.

I've posted a very soul-baring description in the family section of this site (and cannot delete it!), but please feel free to look at it for some insight.

Even though I am often in the position of giving advice, my curse of jealousy prompted me to join my first-ever forum to open myself to the universe for guidance (and possibly, some assistance to battle my demons). My mind is strong, but this issue comes from a soul-level and I pray that your insights may be able to help. I am ready to heal.

I'll appreciate any suggestions.

Although I do not personally offer Akashic readings and I have purposely avoided reading all the details you have kindly provided in the family section of the site, I would like if I may to make my own impressions regarding your postscript:

I would be honored to do an Akashic Record Reading for you, but I am not sure that I can give you any more information than EOT, who, by the way is awesome and gives me much insight, all information basically comes from the same place, we just access it differently and perhaps get the information from a different source, using different tools, but your God initially provides the information. Although, if you ask specific questions, perhaps we can get answers to them. What an honour and wonderful surprise to receive your feedback. I must admit, I am slightly overwhelmed by the fact that people actually responded so positively to my "dark side". Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I read the Number 1 analysis as recommended, and it rings true. It makes sense that if a leader is forced (by their own choice) to be a follower, it will translate into the "weak or dependent side of the negative 1 Life Path". It also makes sense that self-centredness is a trait that can either manifest positively or negatively. I think what I can gain from all of this, is that I should stop focussing on my own perceived issues and pay attention to really helping others. Our thoughts, at the end of the day, can be channeled as an energy source into other more deserving outlets. It is easier said than done, but I will give it a go.

In connection with the Akashic Record Reading, I would be greedy to expect it. I don't want a MORE, MORE, MORE attitude. One day, MangoMom, when you have time and wish to do so, it would be interesting and appreciated. My birth name is Annemarie Colette Botes. However, I think the Universe issued me with answers. I hope these answers will also help other readers fighting the same issue.

I must tell you, in my search for answers during the last few days, I also asked advice via email from some other sources:

A reply I received from Jeffrey Greene at Familytherapynet stated:
"Jealousy, as you know, is about FEAR... not love. It is about the jealous person's fear of abandonment or, fear of not being good enough and has virtually no correlation to love. In fact, it is more like desperation than caring. The more jealous a person is the more desperate they are for someone to soothe their deep inner fears.
If you really want to attack this emotional "virus," then you are going to have to "vaccinate" yourself through learning how to SELF-SOOTHE your own fears rather than rely on someone else to calm your fears for you. You can approach this through admitting your fear, expressing your fear openly, understanding your fear, and then practicing relaxation in order to calm".

A Vedic master (? - I'm not sure if they are called that) by the name of Acharya at Paramhansa also replied. His advice was simple and touching. He said:

"Dear Daughter
blessings to you
Please do following prayer and deed, and send feed back to us.
(1) Pray in your temple and donate (once in a month) White Butter and Milk in temple and aks Lords kindness. On Friday mix few spoon of Milk or Curd
(Yogurt) in your bathing water and bath from that mixed water.
You will get lot of change in life.
God bless you"

How wonderful is that? I think what all of this, including your advice, and the wonderful support received by the reader in the family section (sorry, I cannot see her name now that I'm posting the reply) is trying to tell me is that I must:
- Accept my feelings
- Know that I'm not alone
- Know that it is part of my "blueprint" destiny to overcome this issue
- Focus on REAL, materialistic actions
- Learn relaxation and meditation techniques (this site will help with that)

Thank you once again for your wonderful advice and support. I'll keep you up to date with my progress.

You have taken the first step by acknowledging the problem. The second step by searching for a resolution. You will do great. I would like to offer you this prayer for releasing outside influences. Say this prayer each evening as you are doing your other work on your problem.

If what I am experiencing is not mine, may God have His shield around me and I release whatever it may be to Him, for the highest good of others and myself.

God Bless you and just know this a just one more experience in your adventure of life.
