I am at a crossroads in my life at the moment and dont know which way to turn.

I would really appreciate a reading regarding relationship and career if possible.

I also had a spiritual reading a while back and was told that i had clairvoyance skills. Could anyone confirm this for me.

Shumani,

As I read your request I received the image of the Tarot Two of Swords although I do not use Tarot cards to do these readings. The image depicts a young woman sitting in front of a well worn fork in a road in a lush forest.

She is blindfolded and in each hand she holds a sword tightly. If she were to get up and walk straight ahead with her blindfold on while still clasping the swords, she would walk straight into the huge tree that stands at the center of the split of the roads directly in front of her.

The message of the image is clear. She is sitting still at the fork of the road of her life. She cannot possibly make a choice of paths until she drops one of the swords and takes off her blindfold. For as long as she insists on clutching both of the swords she will be immobilized there at the forking of the roads.

Only she can make the choice of which sword to drop but if she intends to get on with her life then choose she must. Although the roads are well worn in both directions, she can only see so far down either of them before they fade into the darkness of the trees.

There are no guarantees down either of the paths. Regardless of which she chooses she can only see so far down the road before it fades into darkness. The darkness will only recede as she moves toward it and leaves the part of the road she has already travelled behind.

You asked for a life and relationship reading. The reading suggests that you have no choice but to choose and to accept the accompanying risks that attend our major life choices. Further, the image suggests that you must make this choice yourself. You need to get up out of your seat, drop a sword, and remove the blindfold that keeps you from seeing the possibilities that lie before you. They are clearly there in front of you. There are possiblities for both career and relationship. You simply cannot avoid the discomfort and risk of doing your own homework and making a choice.

No one can do this for you. No psychic. No medium. No one. In fact, if someone were to walk up on you quietly sitting there blindfolded with two sharp swords in your hand then it is likely that you would be startled and either injure that person or hurt yourself.

Shumani, it's time for you to accept the fact that Life is not going to deliver a detailed map of your future and a guaranteed safe passage to your journey's end. It is quiet and peaceful in the woods where you are sitting. It is the perfect environment to tune in to your own inner urges and rhythms and follow where they are wanting to lead.

Stand up. Drop one of those swords. Take off your blindfold and get on with living. The image urges you to do so because right now sitting there blindfolded and immobilized you are only taking up space and breathing. That is no life at all.

The relationships and career you are looking for lie down one of those forks in the road. Get up and get on with it.

Hi Shumani,

We all possess the full range of psychic abilities, although we may naturally be stronger in one or two of these than the others. With due respect to the spiritual reader concerned, he or she is only stating the obvious. You can confirm this for yourself both by examining how you personally receive most of your psychic information (clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience etc), as well as by regularly attending a psychic development circle under the supervision of a qualified and understanding teacher, or though consulting your spirit guide.

My impressions are that your guide told the spiritual reader either that you were already strongly clairvoyant, or alternately that you needed to further develop your pre-existing clairvoyant skills. By now through your own past experiences you should have already recognised whether or not you are unusually gifted in a clairvoyant sense. Do you often experience particularly clear waking visions or especially vivid dreams? Do you frequently use the words "I see", when you are describing your own impressions about something or someone to others?

As I do not know whether or not you are already in a steady relationship with someone at the moment, I will focus this reading instead towards helping you to find the best career direction, and with the overall purpose of hopefully clearing up some of the confusion you are obviously feeling as to which of the roads you should now take.

You reading immediately tells me that this time in your life provides a valuable opportunity for you to once again make significant and positive progress on your career path. There is also a strong suggestion that your next job will involve you travelling. I am still not sure if this means that you will be either travelling more as part of your job on a daily basis (as a regular commuter by car, train or even a boat or ferry), or that alternately getting this job will require you to eventually move to another town to live there.
