Dear Lisa,
Your Life Path number of 4 tells me immediately that you are what is commonly called a "builder of society" - someone who is especially gifted in being able to build close relationships of deep mutual trust with others, in order to be able to more effectively assist them to re-build their own (including the manner in which they treat both themselves and their unborn child).
While it is true that this position higher up in the company for which your boss has encouraged you to apply has both it's advantages and disadvantages (some of which you already recognise), my feelings on the basis of this reading alone are that you have more than enough relevant abilities and the required qualifications to do this job to an exceptionally high standard.
You show a high degree of dedication both to your job as well as to the "substance abusing pregnant women" with whom you work in such a compassionate and professional manner, and now that your boss has formally recognised this is true by giving you this wonderful opportunity to show everyone concerned (including your good self) just how much more you are capable of, if you are willing to persevere against all the bureaucracy and red tape you will encounter in the process of helping your clients.
Rather than there being less stress involved with this job, my feelings are that it is merely a different type of stress with which you feel more confident of being able to successfully adapt to. And the increase in your weekly or fortnightly take home pay packet would almost certainly not be unwelcome?
While this position will present you with it's own significant and largely unique challenges, I see it as being a just reward for you having so courageously overcome the many difficulties in your life up until now, and your boss obviously agrees with me on this.
Wishing you all the very best for your promotion on the basis of your utter dedication to your work, and your already evident great strength of character,
EOT
PS: Please be certain to also get some of your own equally important needs met as well.

Hello,
When I reviewed your request for a reading I received an image of a large wicker basket. The basket was completely empty. Not a thing left inside.
Its size indicated that the person carrying the basket and distributing the contents had a great deal to give. When the basket was full it must have been quite heavy and it must also have been a relief to have its weight reduced by giving away it's contents one piece at a time.
However, the basket has a very solid bottom. Nothing was entering the basket from below to replenish its contents as items were removed. Perhaps the owner of the basket thought that because it was so very large to begin with then it would survive a lifetime of giving. Not so. The giving has exhausted its contents and now there is nothing left inside.
Time to restock and replenish. There is nothing left to give. Perhaps its also time to learn a new way of giving. As an individual your resources are limited. No matter how large of a basket you start out with in the end it winds up just as empty as the one you are carrying now.
If, however, you learn to be a channel for giving then you merely connect the source of gifts to those who are in need of them. The gift passes through you. And instead of depleting you the act of giving blesses you as the gift passes through.
This basket is a beautiful and sturdily constructed basket. And through no fault of its own is it empty now. It was designed to give and it's done a wonderful job of giving. However, this basket was also designed to carry a life lesson for its owner, a lesson it seems that its owner has learned.
