I am in an abusive relationship and My Pobation officer is supposed to help me relocate from Texas to Wyoming. Will she be able to get the judge to ok this? I had asked to travel to Wyoming about 2 months ago and was denied. Please help I am desperate. I have nobody here to help me.

Hi Goddess,

Although I feel very deeply for you, I have chosen to personally adopt a policy of not giving readings where there are legal issues or proceedings currently involved.

The following therefore only represents my own personal opinions, and is not to in any way to be regarded as being a reading.

Your chances of being rejected for relocation this time will I feel largely be determined by the reasons which were given for rejecting your application to move to Wyoming only two months ago.

If your personal circumstances and the conditions of your probation have not changed during the last two months, then your chances of it being OKed now are I think fairly slim.

It should now be left entirely up to judge and legal system in Texas, unless something has changed which could potentially tip things in your favour. These relevant facts should only be submitted to the courts through your appointed legal representative.

I really dont want this to sound horrible i truly dont but the strongest thing your guides are saying is that "You are your help".
Your trust has been stripped please do not give your power over to a Probation Officer as if you are let down you shall feel all hope is lost. This is truly NOT the case.
You can and eventually will be able to move but theres some more inner work to be done. Moving will carry your scars so start working now. Your probation Officer should be giving you details for womens shelters and other places you could go to get help. If she has not done so yet start asking. Although help is only as good as the person taking it......Prepare your trip. I'm being told this is not the first time for you and that your more scared of coming back than you are of leaving. You can do it, within you is such a smart strong capable woman whom is already making the first steps.

dont leave it to another (meaning probation officer)to give you the only route out, find some other means, (that does not involve breaking probation) see if there are any other legal avenues you can take rather than relying on one legal one to get you out. Seek a solicitor or call a free legal hotline where they can give you advice on how to make some well planned steps.

There is a bump along the way, but whatever steps and bumps you overcome now more than truly make up for the actual life you shall be living within the next five years.

DO not try to lose focus, stick to your guns, theres others out there you'll be helping when the times right.

Perhaps if you take the first steps to protect yourself with-in the confines of your current situation, your PO and the judge will view your request in a different light.
