In an ideal situation I would consider what you are saying. But unfortunately this isn't your cookie cutter relationship. He has nothing to do with this decision even if it was the ideal, the decision is solely mine.

Hi Drew! I mean George.. err... chef.. tee hee

I appreciate your response and I hope you are all right because I would really like this position.  And of course you make a good point to make a mental note not to become a part of the machinery, which I will continue to remind myself everyday when I do get this job... because I'm the type who will work an 18 hour day even if I don't want to just to get the job done and get it done right.
