Hello Suman,
While it may be the first time you have come up against such a problem, I very much doubt that you are alone in having this happen to you. Also nothing that has anything to do with human beings is considered by me to necessarily be strange. With due respect although I realise how deeply concerned you must feel about your business project stalling, I am a little concerned by your only three postings on these forums being reading requests in three different forums (posted within a very short time of each other). Although I would be pleased to offer you my impressions this time concerning the possible future of your risky business venture, I would also like to encourage you to contribute to some of the other forums before requesting your next reading.
Now when I said a risky business venture, I did not mean that you were attempting anything unwise without first giving this due consideration. You took I feel a huge risk to give up on graduating and to drop out of school to take this job, but I believe on the basis of your reading that your decision was sound and was the best one for you to have made at that time, with what information you had available to you then. I also get a strong feeling with you that in the past you have not always trusted or listened to your gut feelings or instincts as much as you should have, and therefore doing what you did was effectively very much out of character for a person such as yourself who has always depended so much on only reason and logic.
When you made this major life decision, I feel that possibly for the first time in your life you went more with your own inner guidance concerning this, and while I can well understand your reasons for now having serious doubts about this (possibly facing financial disaster), I do not then believe that the situation is hopeless. While you are still alive there is ALWAYS a degree of hope, although it it is extremely difficult for you to understand this at the moment. If you are still living on Earth, there is a very good reason for you to continue to stay (although the Universe tends to hold it's cards close to it's chest, and does not tend to give us many clues until we are adequately prepared to gain maximum advantage from our recently expanded awareness).
I realise that it is far easier for me to say this than for you to hang on just a little longer, as it is not my financial and personal future but rather your own that appears to be on the line at the present moment. It is perfectly normal human behaviour for your employees to look for someone to blame (the responsibility or buck lies on the boss's desk), but what are they actively doing to improve the situation? Are you attempting to cope with this all on your own, either because you fear that by doing so you will lose the respect of your workers, or because you have not chosen to spread the responsibility more evenly amongst every worker as well as yourself (instead of attempting to continue to carry all the worries of the world on your relatively young shoulders).
I cannot predict whether or not your efforts will eventually pay off, but my personal feelings are that the people working under and for you will have considerably more respect for your attempt to make this project work, if you will only allow them to each have increased input into the decision making process. I feel that once they realise that your success will soon translate into extra money in their weekly pay packets and equally importantly that you are on their side, then they will be much more likely to feel a greater respect for you, regardless of how things might or might not turn out in the end.
In a definite manner, this is a valuable but admittedly difficult lesson in how best to gain the support of those working for you, as well as making a success of this business project at the same time. You are being given a way of proving to yourself as well as to your harshest critics that you have the inner strength, courage and above all faith which it takes to persevere under adverse circumstances, which could easily overpower and discourage a lesser man than yourself.
I prefer to keep a positive attitude about your chances of making a success of this important project, especially if you are able to also get the willing co-operation of your workers in contributing some of their own ideas and energies as well as your own. There is just as much of value for you to learn here from you going through the process of gaining the respect and support of your workers, than there is in the destination (which in this case is to get the projected completed by it's expected date of completion).
All the very best for the future of your project and business from your Aussie brother (as I have known enough people from India over the internet to also know what now calling you my "brother" really means),
Many blessings are now coming your way,
eye_of_tiger
