i've been working for a guy who was trying to get a movie project done since past 1 yr(maybe more)
we worked hard, invested some money and lots of time into this and now suddenly he started avoiding me since past 5-6 months.

this happened with others working in team too and they quit early to find some other projects.

but last time when i talked to him(maybe 4 weeks back) he said, we'll start working again in few days but after that stopped responding to my calls.

is he genuine in words? should i wait (if yes, then hw many more days? )
or should i too call it quits like others did ?

if i walk out, in approximately what time will i find new project?

i really wanna know whats in his mind about me

Sorry but hes not coping and the money invested has dryed up.
He has got to the stage where he is embarressed when you call him because he promised so much and couldnt deliver.
Its up to you if you want to go or stay.
The next project for you is quite a while away.

He will never come up with the money, he is so far in the red that bankruptsy is possibly the next option.
But in his mind he thinks its all still good.he will find two more people to screw with before he comes to grief
I can see you starting something in the last part of this year that will manifest itself in the beginning of new year.
This will set the trend for you that will last for the next two years. there are some highs and one real low,  But its all good.

Please distance yourself from the man that caused you this grief in the first place. he will come to you towards the end.

i was always thinking that guy is living in illusions. maybe sometime later he'll come out of it and face the reality.
