Dearest Sarah,

My heart goes out to you, Ken is totally at peace and he does remain close to you. He does leave little reminders that he is near, you have found marbles in odd places, just his way of saying I love you and I am here. I get the sense that his passing was violent, but very quick. He did not suffer.

The business was his idea, you wanted to do it only because he did, he wanted to do it because he thought it would be good and that you wanted to do it. Your daughter is doing it for the same reason. Communicate with her. You do not have your heart into it and it's up to you to choose to continue or go on with your life.

Your pain is normal, right now you are really angry that he left you and with all this responsibility. It's okay to feel that way.

The RecordKeepers want you to know life and the experiences are about joy, happiness and love. Your entire existence was based on Ken making you happy, and sharing love and life. You feel like you are totally just hanging in mid-air and no place to go, up, down, left, right. It's time to realize you need to love yourself as much as Ken loved you, you can make yourself laugh as well as he did.

I see teddy bears and sunshine, not sure what that means, it is information for you to be aware of.

You are a very strong lady, you will be okay, time mends, you do what has to be done. You have many years of joy and happiness ahead, your angels are watching over you and your guides will help you make the choices and roads you need to take.

Thank you, Linda - alot of what you have said rings very true and, believe me, we (Annie and I) are laughing ... fortunately, Annie has inherited Ken's sense of humour and this is keeping us going.

Ken and I were absolute equals - the decision to open the business was reached by all three of us at exactly the same point in time and it was this that caused us to continue with the plan. Ken did indeed make me very happy and we were deeply in love with each other but my entire existence was not based on this ... although it was deeply entrenched.

Teddy bears are significant in as much as we used to buy cuddly toys for each other (and other such novelty things). Sunshine is also significant, particularly since Ken's death as Annie and I believe that he is smiling when the sun shines.

You are right that I am strong and I rely on that strength a great deal. Also, I am beginning to recognise signs that are being given ... however, marbles do not have any meaning for me but we are being given LOTS of feathers in the shop (seven in one day).

Once again, Linda - thank you so mcuh for the reading ... it has made a big difference.
