Hi,

I have been told by a psychic that after I reach the age of 48 there will be a "cosmic explosion" in my life - but up to that I am paying off a lot of karmic debt, etc. My DOB is Sept 20th, 1958 and my birth name is Edel Mary Moylan. I would love some clarification on this point and as much assistance in opening up to avail of this energy as possible. Thank you.

Hello Edel,

As for what this psychic in your past predicted, without being able to go back to the reading itself, there is not much more I can say other than to comment that this idea of you marking time repaying karmic debt until this cosmic explosion in your life happens seems with due respect totally irresponsible to me. Firstly, a cosmic explosion in your life could I suppose refer to a time of significant change as is represented by the Tower card in a Tarot pack, but making any such predictions years before it is scheduled to happen is extremely difficult at the best and at it's worst a total waste of time and energy.

Being told that you are going to repay karma until then buys into the belief that karma is a system of punishments for unknown sins you may have committed in the past, when it is actually a series of learning experiences designed to help you more fully develop as both a spiritual and human being. The learning process continues throughout your entire life, but being unnecessarily overburdened by a sense of guilt that you are going to be punished indefinitely for something you cannot even remember doing in a past life will take away any hope you may still have for the future, which is the complete opposite intention of my readings.

I want to be able to give you something practical and hopefully positive in order to encourage you to persevere with your life's challenges with hope in your heart that things will turn out OK, and that you already have all the resources you will ever need (my task is to show you how to best use these resources, so if you do go through a period of significant change, you will be better prepared and not weighed down with needless guilt).

Thank you so much for taking time out to respond to me. I truly appreciate it. However, I think the psychic was intimating a positive turn in my life rather than a negative outcome. I do feel more positive since I turned 48, but still feel I have a lot of clearing to do in order to fully embrace the Divine in my life and to fully love myself and others.

As regards your reading I can't think for the life of me what the creative skills are that you are referring to or what possible financial outlet you see. This indeed is intriguing me! It's exciting, but alas, as yet I cannot relate to it in any way. My DOB is Sept. 20th, 1958 and my full name is Edel Mary Moylan. Could you possibly throw a little more light on it for me as I'm a bit lost as to what you may be referring to. Don't in any way feel compelled to respond to me. However, if you do have time. I would appreciate it as I would love to embrace this opportunity fully, if possible.

Hi, Ms. Moylan.

(Some psychic I am. I misremembered your name as Edelman at first and had to edit this.)

I'm given to think you've been getting over a divorce. Your life has not gone the way you thought you needed it to go. Part of your difficulty is in thinking that what has happened is bad and should not have happened. I'm taking a chance here in saying you've had a divorce, but if I'm wrong, then I'm wrong.

I want you to understand I'm not a churchgoer or preacher of any kind, but that this comes into my head as a message that will have significance for you: When it comes to loving yourself, embracing the Divine, and other such tasks you set for yourself, strictly speaking, they are not in your power, but they are in God's, and if you ask a God of your understanding for help in any problem that interferes with fulfilling your life's purpose, that problem will be removed. Therapy and self-help and so on are all good, but I am calling your attention to something else, which for want of a better term is Divine intervention. I have a feeling you are caught up in the indignities and suffering of the past and in fear of what it all means for the future, but if you pray for the ability to let it all go and for knowledge of God's will for you and the power to carry that out, you'll be amazed at the instantaneous result.

If none of this feels on the mark, then of course you can safely ignore it.

I'm always embarrassed saying God this and God that, as if I know what I'm talking about, but I say it here hoping that it's relevant to you personally.

Thank you, Boguslaw, for your response to my request. No, thank God, I am not divorced and up to this saw no signs of that being a possibility - ha!ha!ha!!! The funny thing I have reached the opposite view point to what you put forward - i.e. I have truly seen the orchestration of the Divine in everything that has happened in my life and can really see the lessons I was learning and can bless it. I do invite the Divine into my life daily. I do admit patience is not a virtue I know much about!!!!! I have a lot of 4 energy!!!
