Thank you for looking in on me   . I think I would just like to see what I need to know... Too many questions so if I leave it to you then I am sure I will be told what I need.

Hi Kate

Your the same age as me.

You are a quieter person until you get to know people and you will do anything for anyone.  You have a real giving nature and you like to help people as you have empathy for them.

You also do lots with your hands like do you sew or do crafts?  I just see you sewing or doing cross stitch or something like that.  I certainly get a nice feeling when I look at your photo.

You have children I think three of them.  I think you have a partner who treats you well not sure here.  If you have I think he may be your second partner as I think you have gone through a bit of hell with one partner anyway that treated you badly.

Im wondering with you work if you work for the elderly or if you are a caregiver as you are making beds well I see you making beds.  Its either that or you work as a house maid or something like that.  I think you wear a uniform as well.

I feel you are quite busy and need to take time for yourself right now.  You seem to be rushing after everyone at the moment but yourself.  You are worn out and just need to sit still for five minutes and chill out!  You run after your children as well and let them run after themselves a bit as they can get off their butts and do things around the house as well you dont have to do it all yourself.

Its the same with your job you run after all the other people there and you spoil them.  You need to be spoilt a bit yourself!

Are you planning a trip overseas as I see you going on a nice trip that you have planned and you have saved up for this one for a while.  I think you are seeing family and it will be a really nice break, one that you need right now.

You are spot on here. I may seem extroverted to people who know me but I am very reserved, i think is the word, until I do know people and yes I do enjoy helping others

I have done cross stitch and sewing in the past, not so much now as I am pulling apart and putting together computers, and anything electronic I can lay hands on lol, so yes I use my hands a lot. Thank you I am glad that I can produce nice feelings in others

I do have 3 children but I have not had a partner for 2 1/2 years now. My x husband and x fiance both treated me well but hubby left home and I left my fiance, he was an alcoholic (I think), and things started getting very scary for me. Maybe this means I will get a new partner soon??? That would be nice, but not altogether necessary lol.

I am not working at the moment, haven't done for a couple of years due to an injury to my shoulder, but again spot on. I worked as an extended Care Assistant for 5 years both in Nursing homes and in the community and yes both positions I wore a uniform for.

Oh dear. Have you been peeking on me . You are quite right I do seem to have no time to myself and I am starting to feel very worn out. My children, bless them, do have me running around after them although that has stopped a little bit since my 2nd oldest moved to Adelaide. My youngest, the only one home now, is definately going to be in for a shock when he gets back, he will be helping out around the place.

Sorry about the break I didn't realise how late it was and had to shut the shop and have only just got back home.

I am not planning on a trip overseas but I did take my car on the ferry to the mainland, 12 hour trip, over Bass Strait, it links Tasmania with the rest of Australia, in March for my daughters 21st birthday and spent 5 days there. I am however going to Launceston tomorrow (saturday) to visit and stay 5 days while my son is with his dad, so it will be a nice break for me and I have just had a full week by myself, pretty much, which drove me crazy, I like my space but not that much I need people around me lol.

Thank you again Rosemary I think the main point here, as I see it, is to make some more time for myself so I can keep my energies up. I think maybe I already knew that and have just been reminded rather gently to DO IT   .

Sorry if this is a no no, I just didn't want my responses to get mixed up, more for me than anyone else lol.

You are right here. I have felt for some time that something hasn't felt right for me and just don't know what it is, which I think is why I found this site out of the blue. I will take your advice and try some meditation, although is hard for me to do so as I'm not the sort to sit around and do nothing, I always have 2 or 3 things going at once.

I am currently studying a diploma in Information Technology, have already completed 2 1/2 years of study getting my certificates leading up to the diploma and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience, even when it had me pulling my hair out   and hope that this will lead me into a job or maybe opening my own business, was hoping something of this might have come through lol.

Again with the over extending myself, do you think I am being told something here I am certain I am and as I said to Rosemary, I will have to make time for some me time, will be hard changing myself but I will certainly give it a good go as I do feel very tired.
